It's your character, so build it how you want.
As for your concerns, I have a couple of suggestions. There's no reason to SB an entire team or to constantly apply it, save it for when there is likely to be a need (prior to or during a battle, or TCS's suggestion.) Don't slot for Run Speed.
I don't consider SB a free travel power for others, my use of it is primarily for +End Recovery and +Rech, if my team can spam their attacks all the quicker, then it's all good.

When the provided us with the new email filters, I emptied my Global Ignore list. With no more RMT spam, now it only contains ignored players, and it's a short list.

Constructive criticism thought. Her head and body look fine but the legs seem short for the proportions Might be me I always have trouble on proportions. Her body is appears longer then her right leg. She also looks to have a sports bra on because her breasts looked squished.
I do love the fold in her clothing, especially the top and the belt. I look forward to seeing more Braxx. -
Also, don't forget about the Mentor Project stickied at the top of Player Help. Any number of the Mentors on various servers would be more than happy to help out if you are not available to mentor your sis.

Their AT, level, current location, appearance, position in the list or any other information that could potentially be added or removed from character selection could differentiate them for you. Having created and leveled all these toons yourself, a certain familiarity with them could be taken for granted.
So, what if I RP'd every one of them, and while her back story is the same, the people she is associated with is going to change from server to server. How do those people differentiate between seven different 'Angel Red's now running around?
I personally would consider it a monumental waste of the Dev's time and NCSoft resources to dump a tonne of money on creating a whole new system, to replace a system that works just fine. -

This is why the request for the ability to copy a base over to test has been on the base builder's wishlist (see my sig) for a looooonnnnggg time.
At the very least, they could give us a couple mil in prestige, so that it would be relatively effortless to throw up a medium sized base... But I'm thinking that won't happen until they actually have something base-related to test out, y'know, "Soon" (tm).
As it is now I copy over a couple of my characters with a large share of inf, email it to my main in the SG on test, and convert it into prestige. -

Remember that the Cape Mission status was reset when they updated the cape mission, so that even though you had already done the old cape mission, you will get prompted to do it again. Though I've not heard of people losing their previously earned capes.
I always do the mission, but very few of my characters wear capes, so I likely wouldn't have noticed if this did happen. -
