There are a lot of jerks in this world. Unfortunately many of the ones that play CoH also PvP or hang around in Atlas Park.
Pay them no mind, there's plenty of us vets around that DON'T treat people like that.

Very true, FFM
I remember once I got a guy moaning at me on my WP scrapper because I had to use rest even though I had QR. Thankfully there are a lot of worthwhile players that are easy to be around. -
I need a spaceship interiour for my AE Mission but unfortunately was stuck with a normal Tech Map.
Also a steampunk-esque map, after running some Nemi arcs last night I found it a bit odd that they were either in warehouses or high-tech bases. -
Well there would no point in putting it in Mercy because unlike heroes, villain's starting zone isn't a central hub of activity and they reckon you should be about level 10 when leaving PO.
-
Personally, I'd love more detailed placement of objectives and the like, sometimes it's hard to find the perfect map or when you do the objective is in the middle although you said the back.
-
No, I have seen farming quiet down a bit but it's still out there, you can tell from the exodus from the other AE buildings to the Atlas one.
And yes Mercytown is good, if you want some high level arcs I'd suggest The Space Lizards vs Amazon Saga (Neutral) or The Super Scavenger Hunt (Villainous). Another good one is Back Alley KAT Blues or Back Alley Kats, can't remember which. And no they're not mine. -
I like the fog staying there, it allows me to slag my mate about his aura being a foglight when we're there
But I wish the zones felts more active. You barely see anyone outside Atlas and a couple of other zones, the point of an MMO is to be with other players, teaming with them or not. -
Having those big teams that nothing can stop
Joining a team with people you don't know and having a great laugh no matter how bad the team is.
Mothership raids
When people used to ask anyone for a TF and when you didn't have to get your SG to organise one.
The thrill of an exciting new zone with loads of content in an issue. Their isn't enough awesome new content, I remember the thrill I got when I first played in RWZ. -
Name: Red Harvest
Theme: A Cabal off-shoot are trying to find out what is causing magical disturbances in Croatoa and need you help.
I was thinking of having the background a scene of Croatoa and at the top a faint picture of a pumpkin head with a picture of the contact in the middle with the title going across the bottom. -

So, what do you think the Red Names are including in Going Rogue?
For me I can see a minor graphics update (nothing too dramatic), Dual Pistols power set and Demon Summoning power set. After reading some info on the issue I found out that the villain we see at the start is a demon summoner (not linky at the moment). I can also feel a new TF/SF (Singular or combined) and a good bit of Manti story.
Now, let's here your ideas and speculations.

I would start eating tasty Dev heads if this were to happen. That is a PITIFUL amount of content for an expansion. I foresee three new zones at least, Dual Pistols, Demon Summoning, much more than one or two taskforces...where did you get the Manti story from? You know this is about the Praetorian Statesman, Tyrant invading our dimension, as well as Villains becoming Heroes and Heroes becoming Villains?
[/ QUOTE ]
Since Manti has sorta always been walking the line between good and evil maybe? And why else is he shown in the trailer if they weren't going to put content about him in it? (And yes I know Statesman is shown in it but he's the top of the food chain so of course he'll be in it) -
Who's up for pooling together some thoughts into an awesome MA-generate taskforce?
-
And this incarnate well gives us something along the lines of an awesome new power of our choice?

The last time someone took out a Rikti mothership over Paragon, it landed on the high rent district of White Plains, destroying the entire region and killing thousands. Nice shot, States. Jerk.
Do we really want another one?

If it involves badges, xp, rare recipies, a shiny new title and a nice light show then I say hell yes -

Oh thats nothing! - My custom-made Office Belt replica arrived this morning and I was luckily able to don it before leaving for work this morning.
Riding my scooter (side-saddle as to show off the belt and buckle) I pulled up at some traffic lights alongside a coach with blacked out windows and a logotype that read 'Storm Model Management'. All of a sudden I became aware of muffled screams coming from inside and palms banging on the windows before the emergency door exit alarm went off and all these models clambered out and ran up towards me from the rear of the coach.
Luckily I was able to escape as the traffic lights went green and I sped off. I did put sufficient distance between myself and the pursuing horde, but was aware nonetheless that as I worked my way up through the traffic, that girls were still abandoning their boyfriend's cars to follow me. Further on a traffic Cop did intially signal me to pull over to investigate the cause of me bringing the traffic to a standstill... but on spying my Office belt his scowl turned to a smile and he complimented me before asking for my autograph.
So eventually made it to the office at 10:15am, the elevator ride was uncomfortable with several girls from accounts breathing huskily on my neck and pretending to drop pens and paper in-front of me before slowly gathering them back up while covertly spying my Office Belt, it got real-old real-fast... but I bit my lip, let them have their fun and put up with the harrassment for the long ride to the top-floor of the office.
In the end the days turning out quite well. The lead-designer has been kicked out of his office and off his PC and I'm playing CoH on his 3D powerhouse of a rig. He's got my 5 year old-Dell and broken chair over by the window, he looks pretty upset and keeps looking out the window in despair as if he wants to jump, - I think I'll let him back on for a bit when I go for lunch.
More later, but it's been a great day so far.
Thanks Office Belt!

How much you selling them for, Mumsie? With enough of those going around we won't need the AH and you'll be so rich that you could by Paragon Studios and make the game how you want it.. And listen to all your adoring fans -

You might want to go to the thread with over 120 pages over speculation/links to the trailer and everything
Oh and everything you just said isnt speculation, its confirmed

Oh.. Happy days then!
Maybe they will have found a safe way dimensionally travel? I doubt it will b level restricted though because that's like someone buying City of Villains to find out they need to get City of Heroes to play it.
They sort of encourage it in a way though, they always tell us t go through the bloody portalsMaybe it will be one of those "desperate times call for desperate measures" situations?

Thanks for this, _Damz, loads of questions cleared up
And yes, we are all mythology geeks, I for one know I amTbh though, it does sound pretty awesome having something called a Kronos Class Titan

Can't wait for i15 but I' waiting until it goes live because I don't want to ruin the fun (and Training Room is broken for me
)
I don't expect i16 to be the big issue, maybe i17 will be but just remember, they're putting the icing on the cake we know as Going Rogue. -

After getting no response Rylus ripped off his comm piece in frustration and threw it onto the ground of his hideout. "I'll re-attach that later. Next time, old Doctor Mechano should co-ordinate these better." With that, Rylus stalked down one of the corridors to his repair shop to fix his robots and comm. link.
-
Rylus stood in the alleyway with one of robots when the teleport beacon started to fizzle. "Damn! How could I forget about the containment field!" He ounched a wall in frustration, cracking the brickwork.
"It looks like I will need to devise another plan, until then I need to find somewhere safe to repair these rocket boots." He hopped on the back of the Assault Bot as it safely carried him away. On his journey he turned on his comm. "Lykofos, it appears there was a slight miscalculation in my extraction of the goods, you wouldn't be able to pick some up for me would you? Another jounrey into that Containment Field would be suicidal at this point." -

Another thing I want is the burning forest and Crey Cloning Labs back! -
Magnus Malacha decided it was time to head off and solve the other problems around the city like the arson, it seems as though the Longbow cleared up this mess.
"Thanks for ruining my show.. Bloody villains." he muttered to himself as he walked off.
********
Rylus emerged from the sewer to see the purple-clad figure of Magnus leave. Wow, that cape is persistant. He ordered one of his robots to meet him in the alleyway and began to teleport the goods to the beacon. "Time to see what I got" he said. -
Happy B-Day, Liz!

Here, here -
Rylus was rising to his feet after Lykofos' attack. He glanced over his shoulder tp see Cerridwyn raise her lightning gun. He computed that if he did not avoid it he would be destroyed, with no chance of his robots repairing him.
He dived out of the way with the aid of his rocket boots and landed in the manhole. As he was sailing through the air he heard a spluttering and the sounds of failing machinery. Damn, boots are shot. It may not have gone exactly to plan but he got down the manhole after all, didn't he?
He started to run back towards the alley through the sewers prepping the loot for teleportation. "That red and white better not be after me." He growled to Lykofos through the comm.
