Cool idea souds tough to develop
It would be rather special wouldn't it!, however... the lore of the game negates Rikti Motherships as Hero1 closed the portal that enabled them to cross over into Paragon.

"Game lore? - What about The Fifth Anniversary Event with everything and the kitchen sink appearing in Atlas?"

I suppose a retcon enabling the Rikti to have made a short-term temporary technological breakthrough could explain the odd Mothership.
The last time someone took out a Rikti mothership over Paragon, it landed on the high rent district of White Plains, destroying the entire region and killing thousands. Nice shot, States. Jerk.

Why not a new enemy group? It would make a pleasant change to have another popular event without Rikti being involved

If it involves badges, xp, rare recipies, a shiny new title and a nice light show then I say hell yes
Flying rikti mothership would be cool. Something like in movie ID4. Big floating mothership and smaller fighters or something. Perhaps flying heavysuits... Really big explosion when we finally get it down
