Spending a lot of time in the base editor it would always pop up with the away once and only once pre I17. Now it goes back and forth in an endless loop .
Two recreate, You and a friend both go into base editor. Send a tell...and watch the madness ensue -

I always thought that as you can not 100% mez protect yourself against holds and sleep and confuse and such there should be a catch with kB. I would love that even with KB protection there should be a CHANCE ROLL to bypass the protection. Say like 5% chance to bypass if the KB mag is over 20. This would be in PVE and PVP.

With thermal I found I got the most out of the set doing two builds, one for SOLO and one for TEAMING.

With DR and set bonus's, how much differance would say dmg of 15% as compared to 20% to 25%? Is DR on sets the same for recharge or acc? Guess what I am asking is if the DR returns effect everything equaly or did they just have a monkey fling poo at a board?
For a while I thought the saying was in PVP you want more RES then DEF, is that still true today?
