And I want to point out that this, in part, is why you can unlock an empty slot (as I recall) over a used one for premium play.

Most if not any archetype and powerset combo will work just fine with SOs. We had people doing crazy stuff before IOs. It will simply not be possible tO crazily abuse the limits of what an archetype /can/ do versus what it was /meant/ to do.

It's one thing to report someone, it's another thing entirely to report someone and then brag about it and say you "pwned" them by reporting them.
It's like the kid who'd get people in trouble in school and then get in their face like "HAHA I told on you and you got in trouble! I'm better than you!"
If you're going to report someone for something, just do it and keep it to yourself. There is no reason whatsoever to report someone and then brag about how it was YOU who did it. -

When you hit fiery embrace, the 0% becomes a 100% chance.
I believe on one of the old dev talks about Dual pistols, they did say the entire 'clip swap' was based on 0% and 100% procs. The suppressive fire has 100% chance of stun and 0% chance of hold, if you select a clip, it will swap to the right 100% chance. (-100% stun, +100% hold), same for the damage.
(kinda like how stealth works from the run IO, if just gives 100% proc chance once activated). -
Technically, no, it doesn't let you go beyond the damage cap.
IT's bonus damage, not a damage bonus, and it is affected by damage bonuses.
And I wouldn't call it a proc. Unless you count Dual Pistols as a proc set (every power in Dual Pistols uses the same mechanic for enabling the different damage types and effects.) -

Note they have never (to my recollection) offered the hero gear kit online because it included the Statesman (sans Cape) heroclix. Maybe they will offer the cape and the sprint in the market.
One can hope. -
I didn't have any issue with it, but I am a longtime vet and was paying deep attention to the patchnotes during testing.
So, I agree, some tweaking for that window is needed. -
One note about Freedom - it has more hardware, therefore X amount of people is less of a load for it than other servers.

If you've been working On incarnate stuff, you probably have one, but for the Avid Reader badge dialogue track to open you must have completed one or kore incarnate trials successfully.

The ones I know of off the top of my head are Fireball, the Dark Miasma Fear (only typed Negitive Energy), and Mind Control (All Psi, no positionals)

Can't recall if it was Arbiter Whiteboard or just plain "The Whiteboard" that was settled on. The Net was used as prior art to justify the lack of the "Arbiter" title.

Forgot to mention the processes tab.
General note - if something isn't showing up as a window, it generally won't show in Applications. So you check processes in problems like these. -
Actually, do to how it works, and the forms work, removing the costume change (basically what it is) aspect of Lightform is needed to make it work properly in forms.

Personally I've tried using the shourtcut and launching directly from the file with no joy. I can't do anything about it from the task manager because it doesn't even get that far!
