Oh, yeah, don't get me wrong, I like the change in concept, and my own Grav/FF Controller, who always felt more like a Dominator anyway, will probably really enjoy this change. It's just that it seems like a change in approach. Compared to, say, the Claws, or Energy Aura changes, where they took powers that were underperforming and increased their effectiveness, this simply increases Gravity's "specialty" powers. I would've expected a buff to Dimension Shift or Wormhole, basically, but while I'm surprised they weren't the ones changed, at this point, I'm not disappointed, per se.
As for Wormhole and dimension shift - sounds like those two powers are pretty much where they want them. -
Not sure how many of these were detected on the test/beta shards, but the map issue?
Not a show stopper.
Inspiration Tray issue? Hasn't touched me yet, but I leave mine docked - it only shows up if you disconnect the tray.
I have not noticed any "complete UI reset" on any of my characters.
Did someone run SSA3 while it was on test, redside? Don't know what the issue is (or are you referring to the [now fixed, IIRC] issue with the PGA that wouldn't despawn? Note I haven't run any of the SSAs redside yet, so that could of been an SSA2 issue).
And other than perhaps the SSA issue, none of these are really gamebreakers. I think they've even said some are already fixed. Do you really think they purposely did something to cause the Fog of War to reset? They might not even of touched the maps at all - it's just how coding in a 7+ year old project can go.
And as for the Forum maintenance - the cancel last week was because it was either "Do a schedule forum fix/upgrade" or "Do emergency server upgrade" as they are the same team. Guess what? If CoH had something that required the web team basically shun the other games when one of the others had a forum issue, i'd hope they'd make the LIVE game a priority. -

Also, to clarify - Dominator Lift itself was doing the damage they want, so Controllers' Lift and both AT's Singularities' Lift are what is getting buffed. -
I think the forum maintenance is supposed to open up the forum more, but until it succeeds, non-VIPs are indeed Gameplay/Tech only.

It should work to export (as that function copies to clipboard) without logging in.

It's in the test server forum.
IIRC make a shortcut to auto-start CoH and add the flag to that. -
Easiest way would be to ask for someone to open a portal for you, especially in either Atlas Park, Pocket D, or Cap Au Diable.
Once there, go to the top of the gnomon on the building and there's an explore badge. As any time-travel badge grants the portal, this will get it for you. -

Part of the reason is that LSHIFT, RSHIFT, LCONTROL, RCONTROL, LALT, and RALT can't be used as chord keys.
The only chord keys accepted are SHIFT, CONTROL, and ALT. Yes, this means you can't bind LSHIFT+K and expect RSHIFT+K to be different.
I believe the issue is the mouse buttons are "buttons" not "clicks"
Try shift+Lbutton and see if that works for you. -

I think BossTone hit upon the big one when bring up Dual Blades - most of it's models were already in game. It would be nice however if TW got a weapon or two for the following sets : Rularuu (both a blade and hammer), Celestial, Elemntal Order I'd not yet already, and Roman by/around i22 - or at least a couple towards those sets.

Ah, that makes it better. Though it did not appear to be clearly stated. Or else coffee wasn't strong enough.....
To buy just TW (so far any bundle had the parts available separately) and complain thy didn't see the bundle.
The other easy way might be something they are still testing/don't want to mess with yet and that would be coupon/promo codes. If they had the capability they could of set TW to email you a promo code for a free weapons pack but so far that area is just an unused portion of the store UI -

Right-click the power. Choose the "Info" and choose the power details tab. Effects will be listed as to whether they stack or not.

I'm getting tired of the board issues too. Especially the "security" update that invalidates previous logins when you change IP addresses (regardless if it's a "authorized" IP or not). Since I haven't heard of them before, and I did hear that we were gainig the ability, can I assume that an Enhancement Catalyst is how you make a normal IO set enhancement Attuned to your character?
I have not seen anything else it does. -
Some are obvious (Like medieval, the jackets), some are based off in-game groups (IDF Defense, the "PPD"-esque one), and others are just a name that might of been given as a concept or one that the artist thinks ties it together after they've made it.
