Absolutely true! And I love it. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying we get Nothing. I am primarily just speaking in terms of the 8 year anniversary.
But also, "VIPs get 1800 extra Paragon Points per year", well we are paying $180 a year on subscrip alone (not to mention the money VIPs throw into the market). 1800 is about $20 +/- of points. Not saying I don't appreciate the points, I am just saying I would like for P Studios to every now and then (and ESPECIALLY on special occasions) throw something out there to the VIPs for free that the lowers can buy that just says "Hey, thanks for all the years you have paid to play with us, especially now that you have a choice, we made this specially for YOU, because your a Very Important Player". Not just some extra points so that I can justify paying the premium to get Street Justice when it first comes out cause I am excited and can't wait how ever many months it takes before they put it on sale.
I know they love the VIPs, I just wish it was a little more evident and tangible during the celebratory season, that's all. -

IIRC, back when Castle upped "melee" attacks range from 5ft to 7ft, he also made them all ignore range modification... that, or it was when he added the -range portion to taunt.
He did this because it was actually possible to make melee powers completely broken if you slapped enough -range on a target (i.e. hurricanes). It shouldn't buff the range of any melee attacks. I'm not sure about the non-standard ranged attacks like KOBlow, or the "melee" cones like Shadow Maul &co, but I don't believe it should.
I think it was fixed before CoV's anniversary.

Nah I was thinking of some other shows. Stratos you just have to get into a neurosuit. Early Neo Eva was more naked then that. And man I need to remember that Mecha anime that just plays up the bad comedy with Big busted female mechs. The anime was a satire of that style.
And there is Dual! Parallel Adventure where a kid gets sent to an alternate universe where all the mechs he's seen fighting (but no one else) are REAL.
And he was never born.
And only women (and he, oddly enough) can pilot the mechs, which are female formed (with stiletto heels. I'm sure that does wonders for their stability) -
By the way, the refer a friend bit is set p to only give credit on the first billing cycle - that's why it asks for a payment method.
And retail codes are not payment methods (Other than the most-likely gone "Game Cards" which were both retail code and time card...) -

One thing about Ukaserex's recommendation about using hero merits- they are available via the Alignment system. So to use them, you will either need to buy the alignment system in the Paragon Market, or find a new/unused box copy of going rogue and add it to your account.
