Epic and Patron power availablility
Both Ancillary and Patron power pools are now available at level 35. You still need to run an arc redside to unlock the patron powers.

Great, thanks very much

As an added note, not sure how long you've been gone, but any Patron arc will unlock access to all the Patron pools. The arc you pick only locks you into that story, and makes that one badge your only option. Said another way (hopefully clearer).... You'll never be able to pick a new Patron for that alt, but you can choose any Patron Pool, or even Epic, and can change that choice later, totally unfettered (well, until you run outta respecs).

I'm returning to CoH after a long time in a galaxy far, far away. My question is about epic and patron power availability. Are these available now at level 35? When I left, they were not available until the 40s. Is there a difference in availability (i.e. are epics available in the 30s now but patron powers not until the 40s)?
Thanks,
SB
