Where I live, what, two years ago? We (our state) had had our school zones signs changed from "When Children are Present" to "At All Times"

A year ago, they got them changed to "School days from 7-5" mainly because "At all times" was too confusing to too many people.

I seem to recall an issue in SWG(?) that had people getting banned for money duping. Rather, being in possession of duped money they were drive-by gifted (which doesn't require consent, from what I understand) while the actual dupers didn't get banned because they didn't possess any duped money (anymore!).

Finally remembered the example I was trying remember about being "great" but not necessarily good or evil.

As I recall, it's not in the movie.

But in the first Harry Potter book, the wandmaker says that Harry is undoubtably destined for great things due to the fact that his wand's twin's owner had done great things (IIRC, been awhile for the full text). Said person being voldamort. The wandmaker goes on to say that "great things" is simply "great things" - it can refer to great evil OR great good, but either way, great things. And time for bedtime.

He said they were done with massive changes to the /powers/ (GDN being the massive changes to various defensive powers and aoe holds for the big items).

Then went and changed/nerfed the enhancement system.

They are separate systems. Like like a wife and husband are separate people of the same (hopefully) functional married couple

Life Drain really doesn't fit. Tar patch either, although I think if they squeezed that it it would be moved up to at least #4. They would also go and create a ST Immobilize to put in it's place, as all control sets generally have one ST hold and immobilize (Illusion being the only exception I can think of, and it's a VASTLY different type of control).

Something like this would be more likely :

1. Grasping Tentacle (Or some kinda of darkity Dark immoblizing name)
2. Petrifying Gaze
3. Tenebrous Tentacles
4. Fearsome Stare
5. Dark Pit
6. Cloak of Darkness
7. Tar Patch (Possibly earlier, but with the res debuff way down, it would be for the slowing component).
8. Black Hole
9. Dark Servant

I think Dark Blast as a blaster Primary would be mostly a straight port - although Dark Pit would undoubtedly get dropped for an Aim power. Touch of Fear really doesn't fit a Blast set either.

It is possible they would ditch Life drain for something like Dark Obliteration.

Tar patch doesn't seem right for a blaster for me, but if they did do an AoE Slow/-Res, it would definatly be later. Same with Cloak of Darkness, moved back a bit to match Cloaking Device.

Dark consumption I could see, but the Full Heal Dark Duo in one powerset? I don't see dark regeneration in it.

I do see a hold (Dark has always been more controller-like, just like Ice) and the melee powers make sense. I doubt soul drain would get in there; Build Up makes much more sense to me.

And only energy doesn't have an Immoblize. I could seem them not using one, but only then would they possibly put in OG in a top tier spot.

reminds me of the old comic shop.

We had some dolt (not a comic shop customer) park his car across teh street at about 9pm on a Friday night. right by the "Gentleman's Club's" front door on the main north-bound street. Thing was, while it took a person walking by it to set it off (Remember where it was? It went off a lot) - any car driving by in the nearest lane kept it going X.X Only time I've heard the store owner mention he might turn a blind eye to vandalism.
