I moved 12 characters to Freedom. All were PVP toons. I've been playing over there since May and the differences I've noticed are:

- Freedom is more active with PVP
- There are always people in the various PVP zones and arena matches occur throughout the day
- PVE is much better on Justice
- Freedom has a gigantic population which also = more idiots
- It's faster to form TF's on Freedom but the quality of the team is a bit lower than Justice

Overall, I still consider Justice my home server but do enjoy the large pvp population on Freedom.

Go WP. Easy to cap hit points with no accolades, some resists and also has a nice heal like Nin.

@We Eat Rice and @igotpunkipowa

You only really want the Placate Proc from the Fortunata set and slot it in Will Domination. If you manage to find the slots, you can place the other 5 in Flash Freeze from Cold Epic. I found better usage of slots else where in my build.

Lith's advice is solid for illusion powers.

For storm, I took:

O2 Boost (nice in arena against therms)
Steamy Mist
Freezing Rain
Hurricane
Lightning Storm

I use my maily for arena. If you're gonna primarily do zone stuff, you can skip Lightning Storm and O2 boost.

I also went with hiber.

There are better choices but if you already have one, it's still viable for PVP. It does make a good disruption toon. Just slot up for KB protection and hit points.

I transfered most of my PVP characters to Freedom. I left 2 here for the arena events. PVP is very lively on Freedom BUT the trash talking is even worse in the zones.

I mainly stick to the arena matches due to Travel Suppression being off and Heal Decay off. As annoying as trash talking gets, I really don't pay attention to it because I ignore chat!

The Ill/Emp build is pretty solid but why have both Phase and Hiber? Your emp would be more useful going with Power Boost from Primal Forces. Additionally, Temp Invun shield is better for an Emp vs Frozen Armor.

Hit points, recharge and KB are all excellent. You're going to pay a pretty penny for the Panacea's.

Like the others, I'll be out of town during the holidays.

I'm at the point that I can buy anything on the market if "I must have it now" and it won't dent my bankroll. Having lots of capital also allows me to flip high end IO's and turn nice profits. Split that among a dozen or so market toons and there's a steady bankroll coming in weekly.
