There are better choices but if you already have one, it's still viable for PVP. It does make a good disruption toon. Just slot up for KB protection and hit points.

Around 1400-1500hp?
And recovery.
Now which powers should i get?
I´m guessing everything but flash is usable in the primary and everything but the stun in the secondary?
some questions:
O2 boost is it valuable on teams for the perception buff?
While superior invisi takes me to the stealth cap would i be better off taking steamy+group invisi for teams?
I´m guessing i´m going fitness/leadership/jump/speed/hibernoob?
Or should i skip leadership and go phase and pick up some other pool?
Thankful for any advice.

I doubt you'll end up using O2 boost, I never did on my storm.
Take steamy its far more useful than anything else.
Hiber should be more than enough. Id stick with those pp's.
Lith's advice is solid for illusion powers.
For storm, I took:
O2 Boost (nice in arena against therms)
Steamy Mist
Freezing Rain
Hurricane
Lightning Storm
I use my maily for arena. If you're gonna primarily do zone stuff, you can skip Lightning Storm and O2 boost.
I also went with hiber.

While i´m noticing i´m a bit late to join in pvp on the eu servers(alot seems to have gone to other games and to the us server) again. Been checking RV and its mostly empty. Noone but massive being random in ac.
Anyway i have a 50 ill/storm that i was wondering if its still viable in pvp? It was pretty fun to play in i12 even though it was mostly sirens.
Could it work as a sort of disruption toon(holding/confusing/spamming crap around) or should i not bother?
