are you in the arena channel???? It usally happens at night....in PD.
Might not be there every night but usually seems to run from starting anywhere around 8 or 9 EST until around 12. Usually just watch AC though for someone to start listing them.

I kid, but there are many great players that participate in KB. But, I highly recommend as Kat mentioned to get on ventrilo even if you don't have a mic.
