There has, when I played the game earlier there was always a statement of a small + damage boost, when real numbers came out i checked, it was only about +15% but now it's gone, apparently.

Ticket Rolls are weighted, though. The Merits are not. I usually roll randomly at around 25-35 levels, and put them on the market. I only save if there is a REASON to. (Like my build on my Kat/Regen Stalker needs a Numina's proc, so am saving for 250 merits for that for her instead of spending upward of 50mil on it on the market.).

I say Spending on rolls is better as 20 can get you one chance of those things, and 120-250 for those things in particular. Want one recipe or a chance at getting that one recipe 6-12 times?

Your choice, weigh your options!

When in the character selection screen, or the character creation screen there are no idle animations, this makes things seem weird, and there is also a problem with there being no animations, you cannot see the weapons nor auras as you work on them.

ALready ahead of you. I am in virtue and spoke with some of the people of my global. I went full old school. I rolled up an Ice Armor/ Super Strength tank(City of Tankers, and those two powersets existed at I0 and all that), and pacted him (For that good ol' lack of levelling curve feel) and skipped hollows, faultline, and croatoa. I have my toon at 24 right now.

I have him only use TO/DO/SOs, and no mids. I run out of contacts a level or two before the next set of contacts and had to hunt around Perez Park, Boomtown, Terra Volta, and Dark Astoria. Be sure to not be tempted to team with people unless they say 'Okay! Contact missions!' And no Taskforces. Try not to team with people that had powersets that are different, and if you die, just hospital no 'waiting for the level buff' that didn't happen!

Not true anymore. Since they did the put up Stun + Stun seconds later effect they added on the rezes because of the automatic Arachnos Soldier's Stun Resistance you stay stunned anyways. (The stun mage is like 5, which you won't break until it scales up until about level 42.)

It made me very sad seeing this on my level 35 Dual Blades/Regen Scrapper that took it, after dusting him off a while ago.

True. Not to mention I got Epilepsy for my Elec/Devices blaster and Trapsmith for my AR/Traps curroptor I made not too long ago. So, yeah. There are plenty of fun names. (Not to mention Neko-Mata for my Zombie/FF MM for those that can get the reference.)

I do my game in windowed mode and what you can do in game is go to the 'graphics tab' of the 'Options' menu and then where it says 'resolution' or 'screensize' (Kind of forget, sure it's resolution), chang it from 1280x1024, or whatever your screensize it, to 'windowed'. It's a drop-down menu.

Technically? Like Glenda or Linda? I think so.

Edit: Double checked, the face and baldness are similar, but they don't have the apron like the other meat doctors. Even if you remove the equipment, I think they would look different enough to warrant the change.

Dunno why my post was purged, but reposting as I APPROVE of this. I was just requesting more Scaled things as well. And I second the idea of 'tops with skin' with mroe textures. I don't know how many times I wanted other textures, whether scaled, chitinous or metal that I wanted with skin for females...

Also tops with skin for male would make things that more awesome! Not to mention, I noticed no one did, I want head details with monstrous heads. I'd love to have that reptile head with glasses and a fedora for one of my scaled characters.

I noticed that with the Science booster pack the 'Super Tailors' will be called 'surgeons'. Well keeping with the theme of Vahzilok in the Rogue Islands why not make a Meat Doctor the surgeon for the Isles? Just add one in or swap out a normal Eidolon for one of these for the surgeon. Definitely seem more appropriate to me!

The 'Humping Emote' disturbs me greatly when I see people doing it... I wish it was never found out to do this. Had a friend that did it to lose friends and just started doing it to me, I was like 'WTF!?' and told them to stop, and, thankfully, they did... So freakin' weird.

I am an Rper, when I ACTUALLY RP I use the Parentheses for OOC, but if I am in a team or an area where Rp doesn't happen... WHY use it? Four extra charaters to type and it boggles my mind. I go 'Welcome in!' not '((Welcome in!))'. It seems like more work, especially since, when I look on a team and half - or more - of the team arn't RPers (Or I get no indication of the being so VIA Bio). I can't wrap my head around the 'reflex' thing or 'habit' because if it was a real habit you'd be doing it in RP too!

I dunno, maybe I'm just weird...

That's Exemping. i mean for Higher level characters to Sk/LK up using the normal Lackey/Sidekick system.

Me and a few people were going into the arena. 3 in the 40s and 3 others between 24 and 33, we did a two v two v two and thought we coud Lackey/SK, and when we got in it wouldn't let us. i know we could before, but now we can't, was it just a bug, or actually changed?

I Saw someone say /Rad Masterminds and I have to agree there. I always wanted to make a Zombie/Rad Science Master Mind... RADIOACTIVE ZOMBIES FTW!

Not to mention the idea of a MA/Stone Brute is HILARIOUS.

I have been thinking of this in my head, and I have a concept I want to play in CoH, but I know it will take a while to impliment, and most-likely won't even be part of the next round of proliferation... Or the one after that... or the one after that...

What is it? You might ask. And simply I want to make a Super Reflexes/Electric Melee/Pyre Mastery Tank, OR an Electric Melee/Super Reflexes/[Fire Mastery] Scrapper, though I'd want the tank more.

The reason? I always had, in my mind, an idea for this Speedster, that focuses more on speed than on attacking with it. It has the ability to vibrate so fast as to pull their natural bio-electricity in their attacks, but their main focus is dodging. And for the Fire-based Epic, A secondary would be igniting and throwing things through friction.

I was thinking of this, and was wondering..> What is a Powerset, or several, in a build you want, for a concept or just to be cool, that you figure wouldn't show up in the next round of proliferation (Or the Next one, maybe...)?

This is a true statement, if someone wants to go into their account management screen and check a box that says "This will enable quitting to character select screen, I accept responsibility for any consequences of enabling this option" or something to that effect. Frankly I don't understand why people are so bothered by this.
