Thank you (and Turbo, and Larissa) for the feedback and comments I love digital art because it gives me the capability to completely rework a piece without having to go back to the drawing board. I'll have to touch this one up (some more!) and update it there!

Thought I'd throw this out there before I get scared and change my mind! This is the first piece I've taken from pencils all the way to ... well, to its current state. It's also my first effort at digital inking/coloring.

I'll keep all my loathing and self-doubt to myself for the moment

I've always been partial to the Star Wars sort of ones, simple though they may be...

I'd say this is true, but _BAS_ said she only had the 15 month vet reward... wings. The samurai armors are in fact part of the 18 month vet reward. So, maybe the badges are out of sync with the unlocking of costume pieces, or else the Onomichi Warrior (I looked it up!) set is open to everyone now =D

Now that I've done more research, the Samurai Do (chestplate) actually comes up under Chest Detail at the bottom with the bandoliers and such. So perhaps my estimation of a new costume pattern is not so off the mark.

Reminds me of this artist I'm following who just recently rediscovered the joy that is crayon on construction paper. Honestly, this stuff is great! I'm gonna keep drawing with my pencil here until I feel good enough to post some of it... Oh right, gotta get my scanner working too... :-p

QFT - I had to try this on my own since it was mentioned - the batch file won't even open a Unicode text document. And since ANSI encoding only supports Western characters, no Cyrillic for your Soviet toon. Now, if you were to go more advanced than Batch (Say, Java...) you could do this easily. (If there's any interest, I could write one up real quick and post it... but right now I must sleep.)

Seconded. Thankfully though, with all the suggestions here it sounds like it'd end up being more like the Hollows than like Faultline. i.e., having a story arc and a reason to be there.

Also, inspired by an earlier post... temp MMU pack power? ::evil grin:: I'm liking this. Maybe earn it as an effect of some "Moon Task Force Member" badge, like the big extinguisher from Fire Chief?

Really? Then I take it normal henchmen still don't distract ambushers? I've hated bank missions for more reasons than the unholy numbers of people running around, I'd really appreciate if our henchmen could now draw ambush aggro off of us. I've fallen to more RIPs that way...

Ok, here's the first Issue I've found with trick arrow (my first one so I don't know if it's the same on not MM classes)

Glue Arrow: Location AoE(Slow)
The text and the icon indicate a drop, but actual execution is a *Targetted* AoE. Bug or Feature?

-If you remember who killed Fritz, the dirty yellow rotten [persons]
-If you can use a magic arrow without skewering yourself
-If you tried using the command /xyzzy when you were lost in the middle of Perez Park
-You don't want pirate MM's because they might steal the coins you needed for batteries!
-You can tell I'm not actually old, I just like the 'retro' feel of losing myself in a twisty maze of passages, all alike...

I've had a little experience with using special characters, and I don't doubt that Co* uses unicode. My pal's Scrapper is some sort of Samurai, so he when threw down a couple of binds to taunt his enemies he did a direct copy-paste from a babel fish translation into the chat window. This works on Chinese characters and Kanji, I think.
