So to get this straight on my dm/inv the enzyme exposure slotted in invincibility(for example but take any of my defense and pool defense powers) is no longer gonna do anything
-
This occurred to me as I was reading Samuel Tow's post http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=281056. Traps is fairly useless on teams due to the high placement times etc etc but the one thing it does offer is ForceField Gen for +10% defence. Then I realised time has farsight for +9.38%
I then looked at it more and see a lot of similarities between the sets. Traps has more damage powers but time seems a better rounded set. They both have -def, -reg and -res. The heal power in time is better in time and time has better team buffs.
So.......do you all think bots/time is equal to bots/traps??????
On a side note how do Demons compare as a primary to Bots -
Nope I had 3 missions, all in PI and two were complete. I've accidentally gone to the wrong mish many times but for once im innocent
-
My personal best is 6 including 1 in each of the last 4 spawns
How many have you had? -
I used my mission transporter in PI and ended up in Perez
-
Can I also add that I had a cave radio mission completely devoid of enemy just the hostage cowering on his own in the middle of a room
-
Todays the first time Ive played since the Thursday update and so far the following has happened
1. My window size settings keep re-seting when i zone
2. I ran a cave radio mission and the map was absolutely empty except the guy I was rescuing.
3. I ran another radio mission and instead of a boss to defeat I got Vanessa De as an EB.
And that is all in 30 mins......what your stories -
As per the title, I know this is on the expensive side but het its only inf !!

Many Thanks -
Im someone who is lucky enough not to have problems with CoH crashing on me, until today.
Ive had two within an hour, both bringing the 'what were you doing when the game died' boxes.
Anyone know whats going on? -
Spotted them there as I was making a SJ Brute.....have they been there a while or are we to get a treat real soon? Whatdyafink
-
Quick question, if you get enough recharge on this baby does it double stack?
-
Nothing other than gut feeling but Im having a blast with my demon/time....I fell like a troller and my minions are my team !!!
-
If I have, lets say a 2% Damage Buff, from a set I have slotted (it isn't in any of my minions), does the pets damage get the 2% bonus or is it just attacks from my self that benefit?
-
I 100% agree it should not be a trial but i do think it should be a TF. I feel that as incarnates we should not be able to defeat Cole....yet but as a small group we can.
That way the story can be satisfactorily concluded and we can get a feel of our place in the coh world as incarnates.
I also think what comes next, the coming storm or whatever it is (ive given up caring), needs to have more story involved. Maybe a combination of missions which can be done solo or as a group plus good ol' fashioned TF (after all, this is a 7 year sucessful MMO where TFs were integral to background story) and trials which, if not overused (and i will make no comments here *cough* trial grind* cough cough*) are a good variety of play style. -
Personally I prefer to keep these weapons as something you need to work to achieve. If you see these weapons you can empathise with the pain it took to get the badge
-
This is just comparisons from my projected build as I'm only level 33 atm, this isn't from experience yet. These are my thoughts and I realise its subjective
I don't see the call to arms defence bonus aura to pets proc in there
This is always a debate in the MM forums but I don't see the need for taking all 3 attack powers
Chrono shift is over slotted with recharge io's as, i think, is farsight
Personally i'd slot to hit debuffs in times juncture
Why 2 slot ss, the only thing i ever put in there is +stealth. Pets always seem slow to me.
Finally, this is probably more of a play style thing, but I don't prioritise recharge this much on a mm, with demon/time, you can pretty much get your pets over softcap so you don't have to recast at inconvenient times during hair raising battles as much. I tend to view my minions as my team an i'm the troller on said team so i emphasise the slows, defence and tohit debuffs more. I get the recharge in farsight as you can almost perma double stack it but I think the recharge powers and slotting needed for this takes away from other areas.
Just to be clear I am no MM expert so if any of my points are off I apologize.
EDIT...I did just have the thought that the extra recharge is really good for hell on earth -
Can someone give my build a once over, its a spendy one and if I'm thowing this amount of inf at it I want it right.
The aim is AOE , maximising the stuns of Fire and Psi.
It also borrows heavily from a build Ive seen for a fire/fire/fire (want to make it clear its not all my own work)

Ive played a Necro/dark MM to 50 and enjoy the AT but I find the zombies annoyingly squishy.
Would a demon/ x be a better combi and if so what would be the x (I dont really fancy TA btw) -
Two questions:
1. Would an Illusionist's pets (PA & Phantom) be affected by assault
2. If answer to 1 is yes, would it be worth fitting into an ill/rad build
Thanks -
So I'm wanting to put this in Phantasm but is it like placing it in shield charge and wont work or am I good?
-
We now know..........its the server hamsters...clearly keep dieing
-
Sorry to hijack the post....here's my build any thoughts?
A few pointers, i know I'm over softcapp for s/l but I want to compensate for lack of def debuff.
Aid self is there as a get out of jail card as cascading defence failures concern me.
