Nope. It will stack with other users' casts, but not from the same user.

Farsight is an "effect does not stack from the same caster" power, so no. The recharge does make it easier to maintain constant coverage though.
I have noticed one weird thing with Farsight. If I cast it while a previous application is close to wearing off (icon blinking), then the icon never stops blinking until I give it a chance to fully wear off. As long as I keep casting when the power comes up I don't get any gaps in coverage, but it's still strange.

I've noticed the same thing when buffing the team with my force fields or thermal shields. I think it's a common bug of all buffs,and it becomes very annoying when you have to keep track of when the team protection is wearing off and all the icons just keep blinking
Quick question, if you get enough recharge on this baby does it double stack?
