10 in a row isn't bad at all for me. The problem I have with the trials is the downtime between the trials when the revolving door starts since someone has to switch, or they drop without saying goodbye, leaving everyone to wonder if they just DC'd or they have left.
Last night we had 1 person DC right before starting the trial so we all quit the queue which screwed up the system (it thought a league was in progress), so we had to reform about 3 times (took over 40 minutes to fix it with another DC).
Another issue with doing many in a row is the grind of having to explain yourself over and over again to the people who haven't read anything about it (no instructions on the box :P), people who refuse to listen and people who you wouldn't want to team with regularly anyhow.
If people knew what to do and when to do it without needing all sorts of prompting, I would be much happier. Hard to accomplish when you 'need' 24 people though.
Other than that it is fine for me, other than the not knowing how the rewards tables really work. -
He's being sarcastic *rollseyes*
The devs should put in a badge for the last clicker so everyone can have a mexican standoff while the counter goes down. At last the badgewhores can participate in trupvp.
There should be a list of some sort at least so tells can be sent to the players who haven't clicked in. Being afk or checking email would be a downer for someone who misses the click-in window of opportunity. -
I've gotten about 65/35 for Uncommon and Common, and 3 rares on about 40-50 runs on my ice/storm/ice controller. Not sure if there is a participation based reward, but if pets don't count, do pseudo pets not count? It would be an entire slap in the face to MMs that henchmen don't count for rewards contribution, and any other AT that uses pets (or pseudo pets).
Someone also remarked that debuffs counted less than buffs, and damage was counted more heavily than buffs or debuffs. Also, no one was certain if level shifts gave better/worse chances to the tables.
It would be valuable if a red name made any posting clearing up the air with this since there may be a lot of misinformation out there. -
Launched it today and had no problems...maybe black screen for about 5 seconds longer than before.

Happened to me once last night on BAF. 23 player league went poof for everyone.

Don't see any Lambda info in that link, but I guess I get what you're getting at.

Lab team needs to look for containment chambers.
Warehouse team needs to look for weapons cache. -

The general rule of thumb is that a teammate will die 19 times out of 20 about 10 seconds after you've used Howling Twilight offensively.

+1 to the /releasepets command.
You can have pets that are stuck at the door, or they might follow you and not be responsive to your commands and not be listed in your pet list.
Either way they still count against you for summons and it is what you are witnessing. The easiest way to tell if you have lost control of them is by moving them to a specific spot when you zone in.
If they don't move to that spot you know they are bugged and rezoning *might* fix it, but /releasepets definitely will fix it at the expense of losing *all* of your pets.
This might be a PITA if you have a pet like dark servant on a long recharge but having no henchman is likely to be worse than losing a dark servant.
Better to check first for pet control before needing to lose a HVAS though. -

The OP basically would be happier with a dominator I think.

Quote:The OP is referring to the fact that Choking Cloud and Hot Feet are aggro magnets, rather than mez mitigation. There is no equivalent to the -KB for sleep and hold.
Hot feet (I'm not a controller, but just looking casually at RedTomax) doesn't actually seem to have a true mez component- only fear, which lets them shoot back at least once. Choking Cloud is on a stupidly long pulse- 5 seconds or something- so you could be standing there with your pants in your hand for four seconds while they do what they like to you. (Of course if you have Rad Infection up, ideally with Maneuvers, they'll be doing a lot less to you.)
There are dozens of Fire/Kin experts, which I am not one of, but it sounds to me like you're looking for a build solution to a tactics problem. -
Quote:Or you can start in Praetoria. And you don't have to spend any time redside, if you don't like their slums or being a villain.
Brutes and aggro for fury does make it tougher with teammates that diminish a brute's aggro. Tankers are probably the worst for that since they compete with a brute for aggro but don't get any fury benefit for it. -
Sounds like it is loading stuff from the HD when it stalls (red marks).
Don't know why your sky would look different though. -
Try /graphfps 7 to see if it can show where your bottlenecks are.

Quote:The way the vines are put together is in 'bundles' they will not regrow until an entire bundle is taken down. The bundles will regrow after a timer (not sure exactly what the delay is).Actually the vines do respawn on the STF. A lot of teams take them down fast enough for it not to be an issue but I've seen them regrow on slightly slower teams.
If you have an especially low damage team that cannot mow the vines down in one pass, you can prune a few (or more) vines in an interspersed pattern, thus leaving the bundles undefeated except for a vine or three.
Then you can go around the remaining vines in one quick pass before and bundles will respawn.
I don't know where the demarcations are between bundles and I'm only assuming the bundles are neigbouring vines as well.
