  1. I think Electric Armor is great with just SO's Its even better with IO's but you have to know how to play it. To stay alive you Gotta Sap End if you only have SO's
  2. I think it would be better for SS to keep footstomp the way it is even with the tradeoff without footstomp the way it is the set would be Mediocre. But that is just my opinion.

    So my buddy is trying out city of heroes on a F2p and he cant get into atlas because its saying Stage 3 hasnt downloaded yet, Does he need to download something?
  5. Capacidor Currently has Energy Mastery I have Phisical Perfection, Focus Accuracy, Laser Beam Eyes. I was thinking that Mu might be a better choice but I dont want to waste my time on doing it if it isnt worth it.

  6. Im loving the street justice set so far and im level 21 but so far he has been getting smacking around by enemies he is a Stj/Ea so will the Ea get better or should I just remake him into a electric armor. My main is Electric armor tank and it is by far my favorite armor set.

  7. So when they launch Street Justice im gonna make a tank. Probably. and i have decided im either gonna go with a Elec/Street Justice Tank or a Street Justice Energy Arua Scrapper

    I already have an Electric Armor tank and he never gets killed so im leaning more towards that but would Energy arua be better?

    With the new Ravamp with Ea im probably gonna make one as a brute or a stalker. What would be a good match, I was thinking street justice when it releases but that could take a while so what could be other posibilities?

    So i downloaded the NcSoft Launcher a while ago and it wont start now has anyone else had this problem and how to fix it. It sucks because i cant play the game without it.

    lv 50 Brute....

    Never had a high level SR brute but I think you should switch out something for practice brawler because from what I know you should get every power in SR unless you dont want elude. Maybe Hand Clap most SS brutes I see dont use it because it does not do damage I assume.
  18. Hello I recently got my Dm/Fa to 50 and i was wondering about my next to what are the pros and cons of both.

    What im mostly gonna do is All-Around play Excluding Farming. Also what epic power would be more suited for the two?

  22. My Dm/Fa Brute is aproaching 50 and im trying to decide if Dark Obliteration would be the way to go over maneuvers
    Is FA+SD+Burn enough or do I need Dark Obliteration. Or should I stick with Maneuvers for the +defense

    Fore weave I dont really know if i should put LOTG +Recharge or Karma Knockback Protection?
    I also put in 4 slot to tough, 3 into weave and then put in the cleaving blows and eradications for Soul Drain and Dark Consumption
    I forgot the DW for Healing Flames but i put 5 in there for the recharge bonus, I sure it also fine to have 35.2 With one purple i can bring to softcap
