I paired SJ with EA. Currently at level 22. So far, Im liking the set.
EA, Inv and SR seems to be the popular choices for SJ.
Choose whatever armor you like. As you get higher in level and get the rest of your powers and get slotted up, things will get better.
Think about adding Tough and Weave in your build. Look at IOs. You can easily soft cap EA.
Also beware that some mobs may affect you more than others for example DEs dropping Quartz or Cims with Def attacks.
Play around with Mids and see what you can come up with.
Im loving the street justice set so far and im level 21 but so far he has been getting smacking around by enemies he is a Stj/Ea so will the Ea get better or should I just remake him into a electric armor. My main is Electric armor tank and it is by far my favorite armor set.
