yeah that's true, guess it all depends a bit on the secondary aswell. But I think he has left and we're just discussing
  2. Personally I can't live without slow in creepers.
  3. Power_Doll

    Shockwave

I don't know, I've had it in my build for a while, but it certainly isn't the scrapper version. It's a great knockback, but taking it for damage? What's that tiny bit gonna do when the brute or corrupter kill the whole mob with their next AoE. It isn't a bad choice, but I just can't see how people have power picks or slots left for something like shockwave on a stalker.
  4. Rocket melee/cyborg armor

    /Thermal

My experience with rad/thermal in PvP is that it's more of a 'torture' set then a 'you die now' set. Out of the two I think sonic will come out on top, the -res from sonic, combined with melt armor, will produce more damage then the -def from rad. Also rad has some long animations if you care about that.

Some people will tell you differently, but I think it's skippable (like most of the claw attacks imho) The good part of the power is that it knocks foes back, which could help if you need that. The bad part is that it has amazingly [censored] damage (same as strike)
  7. Yeah I saw, you got it up pretty high. But seeing you're Energy, I would concentrate on your offense combined with oppresive gloom. Things will be stunned, or dead :P
  8. I'm not sure how to comment on it. It's not going to work very well. You're missing a lot of accuracy to begin with and the power order makes unable to fight below lvl 50. Try to look at the actual values you get from normal enhancements and then slot in combinations of sets so the values are even or higher then the normal ones. Just 6 slotting a shiny Touch of Death doesn't work very well if you don't have extra accuracy. It also helps when you decide if you want a +dmg build, +rech build, etc. Good luck
  9. There was a build discussion about a spines/SR build a few threads down. I don't feel like making a whole build now, so just take out the spine attacks and fill in the MA ones, it's not that different :P
  10. I'll try, I love uncommon builds. I would use something like this to level up, get a KB prot IO and a stealth IO and decide on which route to go and get the sets for it.

  11. I have been thinking about this for ages now, but just didn't have the guts yet to post it. RV event, with actually going for the pillboxes. Like a best out of 5 or something. Time to dust of those forcefielders If you can find some people who could coordinate the hero side, I would be more then happy to help you villain side and get you an army of competent players.
  12. It handles pretty nicely, but you miss a bit of damage most of the time to kill em just before the inevitable heal.
  13. I disagree on claws, although it could use a little buff perhaps. But I rip through anything, even took out the generators and the rikti around them on the Lady Grey TF on invincible. I was solo, while my team waited for the ambushes. My build is finished now and have over 25% extra damage and only cycle 3 attacks with procs. I'm very, very fast. Too bad that doesn't mean anything in PvP.
  14. Pretty basic build that will work just fine, in any zone. Nothing flashy though :P

  15. I hasn't been as fun since the Heavy nerf though. Killing farmers is great entertainment, but you need actual farmers to do that.
  16. True, if you don't slot up hide, ninjitsu wont even go over 30% def
  17. Heya I see nobody answered your post, but that's probably because there's not much wrong with it. Things I would do is go for max +def +rech on retsu, end mod isn't needed. Test smoke flash before you take it, it's kinda gimp. And when I11 hits the end redux on hide isn't needed anymore, because hide will no longer cost endurance. That's all I can come up with right now. Be sure to pick up stealth somewhere before 30 if you do decide to run in a pvp zone to check it out.
  18. I'm just affraid that when they will "fix" defiance, it will have some sort of mez protection, which will destroy the whole glass cannon thing.
  19. Inspirations is probably the last bit of balance we have. You pop 10 yellows to get through my tier 9? Fine, I'll pop 10 reds when I'll AS your tank :P
  20. The question is, do you have seeds of confusion? cause when I was in the teens with my plant/psi, my damage output was so low that the mobs all killed each other.
  21. Power_Doll

    Mu Mastery pool.

Also and I don't know why, the hero designer lists the Mu hold as a 8 sec duration, while all the others are 11,9 sec. Is this acually so? cause that seems a bit gimped
  22. Power_Doll

    Mu Mastery pool.

The stalker snipes are considered useless and I couldn't aggree more. The interupt time alone makes me ignore them completely. There's a lot of things you can do in 6 seconds.
  23. Power_Doll

    w00p

A passive hehe, no need to make a costume ever again!
  24. Build looks good, but I really can't get over the fact that you only slot 2 dmg in each attack. Claws damage is pathetic and not enhancing it, will drive you mad. Kuji-In Rin only needs 2 rech to be perma. And placate really needs 3 rech or you'll find yourself waiting for it. 2 end redux on hide is overslotting it.
  25. Blinding powder is slotted right. I would take the 2 def debuffs of slash and make it a dmg and a rech. Leadership could have it's uses, but if you want to pvp occasionaly I would consider digging into the concealment pool. You'll be amazed how many people can see you without it. Also phase shift is great in pvp and pve. I also highly recommend a patron, the holds are great on a stalker and boost your dps a lot in pve by doing more criticals.
