To me the answer lies with: why do you need a bigger ship to begin with? To haul more people? Carry more supplies? For longer voyages? To have better engines? To be better armed? Better medical facilities? To carry other vessels?
Form follows function. Bigger doesn't have to be more complex. I would argue my own car, with all it's fancy extras, is actually a lot more complex than a schoolbus. -

I liked the sequel: The Unicorn Strikes Back

Will one deck be able to handle a group or does everyone in the group need to buy the game and get their own deck?

So how does Batman plan on going global? Is he going to form a Batman Corps? Sell McBatman franchises?

Quote:I've been wondering how a police unit run by a Naval officer wasn't a violation of the Federal Posse Comitatus Act. He doesn't appear to be "ex-navy", Kono addresses him as Lieutenant Commander and he's been shown wearing his Naval uniform after joining Five-O.The new one is a "special state task force" with carte blanche powers run by a super ex-navy seal super soldier with outcast police friends of his late father because the police in general are corrupt and can't be trusted. That's a tad to cynical and over the top premise for me.
I also noticed during a raid they didn't announce themselves as police, instead they just called out "Five-O", which would appear to be a violation of the 4th Amendment. -
Quote:I don't see Zoe as being the instrument of mankind's destruction - as you say, she's just a girl with daddy issues. I think she was just the first model of how you can put a human consciousness into a Cylon. And she eventually slipped from Dr. Greystone's grasp for the time being.my problem started and ended with Zoe....the way it was being shaped up was that the whole reason the Cylons rose up and destroyed humanity is because they were patterned on a dead teenage girl with a daddy complex.
I'm guessing the direction they were heading was that the STO gets their Apotheosis program going and they eventually download the memories of a bunch of dead STO suicide bombers into the Cylons. They would have the kind of ruthlessness it takes to declare war on humanity.
But we may never know now. I completely agree with Lothic in that they should have done the story in a miniseries format with a tangible beginning, middle, and end, rather than the meandering soap opera they were doing. -
Quote:They actually sell a blank white Decorate Your Own Pony figure. I'm tempted to see if I can make a MLP of my favorite CoH characters. If you do a search on Deviantart for "custom MLP" or like that, you'll find a huge assortment of modified and customized ponies. The are almost all completely awesome pieces. Even people who don't at all care about the MLP "thing", can appreciate them because they really are cool.

The characters were a big problem. They just weren't likable. They were all basically bad guys and just kept getting more unsavory. It made me want to cheer for the coming Cylon Apocalypse.

Also happens in any zone I enter from the boat or when I enter a mission. It happens frequently with most zone-ins and it happens every single time I enter Nerva.
The pets don't respond. They can't be dismissed. They don't teleport to me when I move far away. They stay bugged if I exit to the character selection screen and log back in.
It's extremely frustrating because I can't just go to any zone and participate in a zombie apocalypse or Rikti raid. Being a petless mastermind sucks. This bug has forced me to play other characters. -
Whenever I have this problem, I can't dismiss them.
Even existing to the character selection screen doesn't work. They die when I log out but reappear and are still bugged when i log back in. -
Quote:This? He should win an award for hilariously bad acting. It was pretty eairly in the movie. Two dudes working on cleaing the outside of a ship, i think.
One get killed while the othe isn't looking. The other gets grabed, and says "on, not like this..." The line itself isn't funny, it's the delivery. I haven't seen a line spoken so badly since Tommy Waso in "The Room". I laughed for 5 mins. You should google it. -
I think most people would party like a rock star.

My necro pets work better than ever now. The zombies and grave knights run in to melee which is awesome when using twilight grasp to heal. But the necromancer always stands back at range as he should.
-
Whenever I enter a new zone or mission, my necro pets frequently just stand there at the entrance and will not follow or attack. They won't respond to any command and dismissing them won't make them go away. I have to exit the zone, dismiss them, and reenter and resummon them. It's aggravating.
Are other people having this problem? -
I wonder how come animals never develop super powers. I'd love to see some raccoon that could bampf into peoples houses and clean out their pantries or a cat that could mind control people or some stray dog that could chase cars and catch them and rip the tires off.

Rock! I've been watching her other videos. This girl is a musical prodigy.

You mean like a CGI-rendered Alec Guinness doing acrobatic ninja flips?

Quote:That's such an interesting idea. I'd love to see Star Wars - The Next Generation.Whenever news like this pops up I find myself wondering what's going to happen to Star Wars after Lucas passes away. Don't get me wrong, I'm not really hoping he's going to die anytime soon. But like everyone else he's going to die sooner or later.
I'm sure Lucas has all sorts of wills and plans set up to try to have his "vision" carry on as long after his passing as possible. But as we see by Star Trek's example there are already people like J.J. Abrams who are steering a course for that franchise ever farther beyond the limits of what Gene Roddenberry was able to accomplish.
You have to wonder what the fate of Star Wars will be post Lucas. Will they constantly try to rehash and retrofit the same material every 10 years with the latest silly fad film technology or will someone finally have a bold idea and actually try to create something NEW and DIFFERENT with the foundation they have to work with.
As with everything I guess time will tell. -
You can order one from jaynehat.com

Quote:That from The Incredibles?"It's finally ready! You know, I went through quite a few supers to make it worthy to fight you, but man, it wasn't good enough! After you trashed the last one, I had to make some major modifications. Sure, it was difficult, but you are worth it. I mean, after all... I am your biggest fan...
All I wanted was to help you. I only wanted to help, and what do you say to me? It tore me apart. But I learned an important lesson. You can't count on anyone, especially your heroes.
See? Now you respect me, because I'm a threat. That's the way it works. Turns out there are lots of people, whole countries, that want respect, and will pay through the nose to get it. How do you think I got rich? I invented weapons, and now I have a weapon that only I can defeat, and when I unleash it...
Oh, ho ho! You sly dog! You got me monologuing! I can't believe it... "
