OK, what do we mean by "break Romulus?"
So...people aren't killing the heal nictus first anymore? I've only run it twice this week and we didn't either time. But on one we were 8 FRads, and hell, I'm not sure what we did but it all died.
Edit: I finished my second build on Trixi Chalk, so I can be put down as in, or just as a eager alt. -
Put me down as an Alt. I'd bring Trixi Chalk, a katana/wp scrapper.

Flipping salvage is some serious low money. And, frankly, if you're marketing, paying 100k over is nothing. To get stuff on the market, or my toons, quickly I'll pay up to 1m higher on salvage. The BUY IT NAO doesn't come into play if you're selling a enh for 10m+ profits. If you can get more on the market before you go to bed, more money. Granted, some cost factor analysis could be done, but trying to save 100k and losing a 10m sale is a false economy.
All power to the little man trying to make some cash off the salvage. At least he's trying. I used to do the same for regen flesh, buy at 7777 sell at 77777. But the money to time ratio sucks. -
I have a costume I consider to be an "Alpine" AR blaster. She has the Nem rifle, wears the duster hat, the ribbons and ring in leu of suspenders, a tank top under it, those ugly puffy shorts, and Santa boots. Coloration is pretty sedate.
As for Rocketeer/Sky King type stuff, I've made a female version of the first dude you see in Ouro.
Neither of these are what you're looking for, I know, but that's all I can really help with. And there are now two versions of goggles on the forehead. -
Not a lot different with mine than Exx, but different flavors here and there. I just went for ENFC and got the S/L up, didn't worry about positional so much. Like his, one DA smack and you can sit there eating a sandwich. Heck, you might be able to without it.
I'm building this currently as a second build that can ghost missions, and took the advice of Hyperstrike1 here and didn't slot for rech, and just LotGed the thing.
Code:Edit: After looking at yours, which has great defense, I tend to like getting my def from sets I can put LotG into. Its' just personal preference. I can't make up my mind right now. It depends on if I incarnate up my scrapper. If I don't, it'll be Saltier the blaster or my FRad.

If you don't like the stealth pool, try leadership. Maneuvers and Vengeance both take LOTG's.
Stealth (the power) and SS would be good for me as I would like SS to be a little slower when I'm indoors. -
I've done it once, possibly more. When I was first scraping myself up to my first billion, I would spend a lot of time on marketing, but not anymore. If I have the inf I need I mostly sit. I try to make a hobby of thinking I have a niche and it not paying for crap.
Losing interest:
Hell, I still need money. Even if I hated it I'd do it. My build I'm making now is maxxing FCEN (or ENFC if you prefer) and that's cheap. Probably no marketing until April or something. Though I absolutely can't get below 1b in liquid assets at any time. Just not a good thing. -
I was probably mistaken. I could recreate the build. I dont' think I saved it as it was really off base. I don't think I'd take the stealth pool just to plant 3 LotGs.

I'm using mids and have LotG+7.5s all over the place. I'm planning stealth pool, not because I'll use it, but because I can cram +23.5 global recharge in the given slots. I've also put them in CJ, Hover, PFF, and about anything that'll take them. (It's an elec^2 blaster and I really don't dig the secondary)
(note: I'm just goofing around. No need for critique)
With my ranged attacks, AoE, Holds, Defs, I'm getting 101% rech and Mids, when printing out the set breakdowns isn't saying I'm breaking the rule of fives on the LotG.
So, after all those words, Is Mid's wrong? -

Good two runs. I think my hunt zones were easier in the first one. I ended up faceplanting in Crey's. Though as I was struggling to stay alive, I didn't have to hunt the Freaks, that's for sure.
My only regret is I still haven't had my main go incarnate. Cause you guys also got to pick up shards in the ritki invasion at FF waiting for the second run. -

Three of us from the Freedom forum here are planning on having an all energy/ blaster team head out around 10p Eastern/7pm Pacific today, Friday the 11th.
To accommodate lower level toons, and mine as she's only lev 22, we'll probably run Positron or similar.
Either let me know in this thread or the one in the Freedom forum. Let's meet atop the university in SC.

I don't think many people have rolled them.
The problem with the melee nrg being with the blasters is the blasters will just throw stuff all over the place. I'm sure I could scratch together a quick pug if the seach would show the primary.
I know someone, I think in Liberty, used to do an all AR blaster team on a regular basis. Though I just want to do this as an experiment. I really think we'd just push one group into another, snowballing them until we had so many they'd overpower us, which really would be pretty fun.
At the end of Positron, with the doppelgangers, oh, that'd get mad stupid. -

It's for a fire/ice blaster who's not taking the heal self from the pools. I'll have hoarfrost and hibernate. Using one slot in Health for the 25% works better for me than what I was doing by adding a slot to brawl or boxing to get the 8% from [I think] Pulverizing.
Re: +Recovery
Where I can, I throw an endred in the sixth slot of my attacks, using Decimation, Positron, or Manticore which get my rech bonus in five. If my recovery is good enough, I can change those to range or something.

I never get my energy^2 blaster out because her knockback is pretty offensive to the melee guys.
Would anyone be interested in throwing together an all energy/ team maybe Friday? Maybe around 10pm or 10:30 eastern?
I don't recall what level my gal is at, but it's pretty low, Positron or one of those if we'd want to do that.

Quick answer: You'll be fine. Though I had issues with my ATI before I switched to Nvidia.
My stuff is pretty old. Athalon II x2, 4 gigs DDR2 ram, 9600 GSO. I keep ambient occlusion down down down but must have my textures running 200% and my depth slid to the right also. I don't care about window reflections so much, as long as they're there, and I must have water on up there.
That said, in a mothership raid or invasion, I'll go into N64 mode or I'll not even be able to target.
Oh, and before you get all gaga about your ram mHZ, see how badly your northbridge will bottleneck everything. May not be worth it. (and get a northbridge heatsink worth something) -

Depends on what you mean by more work. Running 5 missions a day + 1 morality mission every other day is pretty simple. Considering you can roll 1 A-Merit for a 5 Random Drops, as opposed to rolling 50 Reward Merits for 1 Random Drop, it seems like less work for more reward. Sure, you have to wait longer before you can get 1 A-Merit, but actually game play time is reduced.
I'm not in true marketing mode now since I added it up and I have 5.4b on all my toons. I never knew. I thought I had a little under three. -

A Tip is a Contact. Check your Contacts window. It should have the tabs for Active, Inactive, Detective, and Tips. You don't get a mission from a Tip until you go there and "investigate" it.
5 tip missions (one day) + 5 tip missions (next day) let you do 1 morality mission, which gives an Alignment Merit. So 22 missions total (over 4 days) give you a LotG (or any other rare recipe you want). And they're *fun* missions, much better than the police band stuff.
