It's kinda just a concept thing. I was playing around with a wpr brute for a while and started keeping track of the regen, so I decided to start from scratch, build it as a tanker and see how High I could get the HP per Sec regen. I also really like not resting, lol.

I've got my Mids builder telling me that at 50 I'll have 859%, 100.9hp without rttc active. Now i have to build it. It's gonna be crazy expensive.

im doing that as well, it's kind of a combo build.

I'm tweaking a Wpr tanker, frankenslotted for regen, and I'm trying to get the maximum possible HP per sec regen rate with no toggles on. I was wondering if anyone would mind telling me what their best regen in HP per sec is, I'm just curious.

I'm wanting to frankenslot my Fire blaster but I'm not sure if I wanna go for maximum recharge speed or maximum damage. What do you think?

The base restrictions are just annoying to me.

Without joining someone elses SG it feels like I'm playing this game like its a single player console game, but while Joining an SG gives me the social aspects that make playing an MMO appealing , it also takes away all the benefits of the classic Superhero Base. The point of having a base is to contain everything I need it to contain, but I also want to play with other people.

The problem with Coalies is the Coalie limit, All the groups I'm with are at coalie limit and the SG's that get into coalies are generally populated groups, not single user bases.

I was wondering why we can't have a small personal base outside of our supergroup?

I am a crafter and use my bases a lot.
I like having my own base so I can have a clean funtional space to use.

Lately every base I have joined with any of my toons have all suffered the same issues. They look like the same emo 12 year old designed them all. Lighting as dim as possible, the entrance is either high on a platform or deep in a recess behind some stuff, making exiting the base a fun "find the portal" jumping puzzle, and the workshop is past the teleporters through the stone head, up the black stairs in the shadowy corner, to the small side room with the worktable and the vault behind the trees. All storage tables and racks are in a separate room across the base. (Yes, I was exaggerating, but you get the idea.)

Supegroups are awesome and all, I love the social aspects of SG's and Coalies, love chatting away when im running mishes and being able to find teams easier, but I hate having to use someone elses base all the time.

I like my bases simple, organized, well lit, and with no shrubbery. I also like having a place to pool my items, I use several storage racks, I hate throwing out items I know I'll need later.

Look at it in Comic Book terms. If, in order to join the Justice League, Superman had to give up the fortress of solitude and Batman could never again go to the Batcave, would there be a Justice league?

Has anyone made maps that can be seen online that have the locations for all the explore badges highlighted?

Can anything be done about NPC AI?
It needs to go up considerably.
When I rescue someone, and am desperately trying to run back to the entrance with them, they keep stopping to pick fights, the blaster types wanna tank, basically they do everything that'll get a real player kicked from a party for being a tard. WHY ARE THE NPC's TARDS!!!!

Ok, I want Mud Pots so I can soak up hate like a sponge, but I hate granite, would it be silly to not take granite and try and tank using the lesser armors?

Would I still be able to alpha tank without Granite armor?

I like doing frankenslot builds, I'm a craftaholic(habit from my FF11 days), and I've heard that there is a program that I can download that will let me Build a toon at 50, just as a model, not as an actual playable, but will let me set up how I want a 50 build to look when I get there, enhancements and all. Now I know this is probably a widely known thing and I'm just a late bloomer, but I've been working a build on pen and paper, but I'd really like to point and clickj it instead, any suggestions as to where i might find this program?

I think I read or was told at some point many moons ago that the patron powers counted as one of your 4 pool powers. That if I had taken Fighting/Flight/Fitness/Leadership before 41 and tried to take a patron power I woulkdnt be able, it would treat it as a 5th pool, is this true?

I've not had a 41 before and am getting close with one of my toons, so I was wondering if i had already screwed up by having 4 pools selected.

What archetype do you have to be to get the physical perfection APP?

Ok, I've heard about this Physical perfection power, can someone please tell me where to find the info, I'm working on a Regen Frankenslotted Willpower Brute, and this sounds like it would help lots, but I don't know anything about it other than it exists.

Of the Tanker armors that work off resistance, which is the toughest, other than stone, I hate the look of Granite so I don't wanna play stone? I wanna play with some Meat Shield style but am not sure which makes the best.

I just rolled up a Mind Control/Trick Arrow that I'm having a blast with. I love using confuse and can't wait until I get Mass confusion. The ability to completely lock down large groups, not slow, not immob, but lock down, is what makes me love Mind, It seams no matter what I run into, I'll be fine.

How much does stealth slow you down? And how does it work with Super Speed?
I'm trying to make a stealthy Draw no Aggro build without using ill control and wondered if this were the way to go.

sorry to be the noob here, but "Physical Perfection" What is it and what powerset is it from?

The various set p[ieces that do things like "Chance to do smashing damage", If i slot one of those into my Icecicles will it have a chance to proc every time the icicles tick?

I'm frankenslotting him for maximum regen, just for the fun of it, so that in itself might make my durability high enough to skip fight pool....hmmmmm

I like both but cant decide which to use on my tanker, Leadership for the increased damage and acc to increase my hate, or fighting, to better take the poundings.

Of the various damaging auras, Blazing Aura, Icicles, etc....which does the most damage overall? Or are they all pretty much the same?
