  1. I'm on Freedom which according to the schedule is a new server to join it and is going to be the third Tuesday of the month. That sounds pretty awesome, I love plaing my tank, but since he does kinda crap damage and doesn't have taunt i don't get to party much.

    Is it an all day kinda thing or does it not start til a certain time?

    Ok, I've been away a long time but i have some HL toons, I have a friend who njoined who doesnt have a HL toon. Whats the best way for me to PL him, it's been a long long time.
  4. I play my tanks mostly for the survivability.
    I tweak my tanks for regen.
    I have one build frankenslotted to regen over 100hp per sec with no powers active at 50. I just like experiment with not dying and my tanks are my favorite not dying types.
  5. I like to try out combos that i don't find guides for, I keep telling myself I'm going to write a guide for one of them but am generally too lazy.

    Anyway, I didn't see a guid for Bots/Therm and was wondering if it was decent.

    Your thoughts?

  9. I see a lot of cross game trolling on various forums, no big deal. In an open gaming forum, it's to be expected. However Ive never actually seen it IN a game until today.

    To protect the innocent, guilty, whatever, I'll only use the generic titles of Game A and Game B.

    I'm playing Game A today, running around finishing some quests, getting some items and gear built up.
    I find my self in a main hang out area, tons of players running around, lag causing crowd, ya know?

    And among this group is a player from Game B. Spouting about how much Game A sucks(which he is playing) And Game B is awesome and Game A can't even compare, and everyone who plays Game A is a stupid loser for playing it.

    I'd expect this sort of thing on a forum, but actually in the game? I was kind of in awe, not that trolls exist but that they would actually troll about how Game A sucked so much, while playing it, and How much Game B rules and we all suck for not playing it.

    anyone else ever seen this kind of Douchebaggery?

    This is on topic because Game A is City of Heroes.

I am really curious as to what 200hp per sec natural would become when surrounded with RttC on. I also think he'd be fun to take into PvP, as long as I can avoid the Rads, lol.

    Myriad over on the Scrapper forums knocked it out of the box with 201.3 hp per sec. This is gonna be such an expensive build, lol.

  14. I'm toying with the idea of making a resistance tank, I've only done defense and regen thusfar and just wanted to change things up.

    I'm going for something that will probably get hit often but takes little damage, is it possible?

    I haven't gotten far enough along to really deviate from the build with your improvements. So I don't think I'll have to respec or anything. This is gonna be crazy expensive. My goal in this game has become to complete this build, all of my alts share a SG with this toon and they all pool money materials and such and funnel it all to this one crazy expensive concept build.

    I am well aware of that, I know I can be one shotted with easy or mobbed to death, I just wanted to see how High i could get the number,I'm certain there are more suvivable builds I could go with.

    Oh yes, Max HP is a big part of Regen per sec. A lot of the IO sets that Give +regen also give +hp so It's factored in. I tweaked around to try and strike an optimum balance. I could get higher HP but at the loss of some regen and vice versa, I think I'm at that optimum balance point for HP/Per sec.

    But I'm also guessing that if I missed something in the build that will be where it is. I might be off on my balance point and am hoping getting someone else's eyes on it might help me plug the holes.

    I've long been working on a build in Mids that is level 31 in game now.
    It's a SS/WPR tanker that is frankenslotted for maximum possible regen in HP per sec.
    I've been tweeking this build for quite some time and thinking i have it maxed out to the extent that i can. I wanted to give the build over to the community and see if any of the true obsessive compulsive Min/maxers could increase the HP/Sec from where i have it. It's a concept build so I have sacrificed all other stats in favor of regen to the point that somone might think me a little insane, I even 6 slotted my Health with Healing enhancements, diminishing returns de damned I'll take my .01 hp/sec increase, lol.

    Well, here it is, if anyone wants to take a crack at it.

    All the weird IO choices and power selections were picked for a specific slotting purpose mostly, if you have any questions about why I did something just ask. I know it's an odd layout, lol. But when plugged into mids this build is, at lvl 50, reading 169.7 hp per sec. Can I get it higher?

    All the weird IO choices and power selections were picked for a specific slotting purpose mostly, if you have any questions about why I did something just ask. I know it's an odd layout, lol. But when plugged into mids this build is, at lvl 50, reading 169.7 hp per sec. Can I get it higher?

    How do I post a Mids build on the forum.

    Second a Question of Etiquette.
    I have a tanker build frankenslotted and tweaked in Mids in an attempt to max out regen per sec, I've tweaked tugged and pulled on it all I can to get the #'s as high as I can, but I wanted to see if any of the master number crunchers here could find something I missed that would get that # higher. I am going regen at the cost of everything else, and wanted to see if It could get higher. The Question is, should I post my build in this forum since I want ALL the min/maxers to take a crack at it, or should I keep it in the tanker forums?
