Quote:I believe the change was for active accounts. Inactive accounts are SUPPOSED to loose their stuff after 60 days. I could be wrong about this but it was the general consensus when i was deactivating my accounts to get stuff off WW.No it does NOT.
EDIT: They changed the 60 day rule ages ago. If someone quits now and comes back in two months, their stuff should be there. If it isn't it's a bug and if they petition they will get their stuff back after cust service investigates.
That said as with Iggy, I came back after a few months and all my stuff was there. -
The answer is in the second sentence.
Also lol @enrious not farming, does he even remember content?
To those who want proof of an exploit? Why would some one risk banning and deletion of their toons to prove anything to you......? Also if it's someone elses AE mish why would they risk that getting shut down and the user banned. (yaya meow banning and toon deletions never happened)
Re drop rates: I know those that avg 0-3 in 16 hours (while sleeping and at work) I know others who are a lot luckier (6-8 ). Read up on statistics and chance of. People farming with low drop rates are just at the bum end of the stick statistically. -
*hides all the stuffs she took while Rose was gone*

If you really don't want to do the work you can purchase already crafted IO's at WW/BM. They will cost you more than buying the recipies, salvage and crafting your self but if you don't want to be bothered with crafting it's a good option.
You can get salvage with tickets via AE, as well as killing certain enemy types for certain salvage. You can also purchase the reciepies and salvage at WW/BM. -
Wow on the name CK lol.

Quote:I invited him to JU and another justice channel this am pum so you'll have no trouble coordinating, if there's room hit me up I'd love to help out.OK I'm on usually 6pm PST onwards, so will tomorrow evening around 8-9 PST work for you? Plan for it to take about an 60-80 min all told I guess. We'll be lucky to do it in 40-45 but just in case we have any hiccups I'd say an hour is a decent length of time, depending on the ATs that everyone brings.

Welcome to freedom btw.Well i dunno if it's just that lowbie villain side sucks or what but the last 2-3 nights i've begged in Broadcast for teams in PO and Cap and nothing. I just transfered over here from Protector last weekend so I dont know any of the global channels that are used over here. I had no issues finding a team Hero side however on my 50 Warshade.

I know everybody already said it but CoH truely is a differt game. I hated WoW when i tryed it for a month cause all my friends played on their 80's doing raids, and i was left to solo grind alot. For CoH you don't need a "guild" (called supergroups here) to be able to team or talk. WoW was a solo grinde for me and I hate that, especially coming from CoH. I also think the population of CoH is friendlier and more helpful to new players.
You can always find teams via broadcast, search or global channels. One thing i would recomend is that if you decide to subscribe, once you pick a server post on the server section and say hi. Find out that servers main global channels, IMO they are the best way to get on TF's and teams, as well as get help.
Good Luck!! -
Quote:Well Phillygirl, I have to say that the response has not been as enthusiastic as originally estimated.
This may be due to several causes:
1 - My own prolonged absence from Paragon City (busted graphics card)
2 - Discussions about the idea led me to think, based on the amount of feedback at that time, that there would be more volunteer mentors. This has not turned out to be so.
3 - Public relations / promoting this is, from what I can see, at a standstill. Mentors were invited to step in to invite new players to the channel and even broadcast announcements in city zones, but I have no idea if this actually happened since I've been away for over a month.
This is relevant to the Protector server, by the way.
That said, I still believe this is a viable idea and that adding a little effort into it would be all that is needed for it to really take off.
I also was involved in P.E.R.C. and was wanting a server (or perhaps even cross-server) activity that could give back to the community and find a way to leverage veteran players experience. Something that had little management requirements and allowed volunteers to act as generously as they could want.
If you'd like to pop into the channel and carve out your own patch, please do and let me know so I can promote you and invite you to the forum group.
Yeah I remember you where in PERC you where running the new player nights if i remember right. I'll try to make channel room (i swear i get full, thin out channels and then get full again). Go ahead and shoot me an invite to the forum group as well. I actually do have toons on protector now, but if i do this I will probably do it cross server as i am on Freedom and Justice mostly.
Everyone likes to talk/complain about AE noobs etc. but it's hard to find people to actually step up and help new players out. I actually saw this in @enrious's sig so came to look at the thread. -

Quote:I keep seeing people saying that rep comments still exist and we can see them. I know they do, but where can I see them? The option to view them has been completely removed from our User CP, at least to the best of my knowledge. Wasn't it?
No for each of your posts you have to click the "rep icon" then it will show you if you have rep for that post and also your total rep. Basicly try to rep your self. I'll leave you rep for this post so you can see, just try to rep your self and you should see the rep i left. -
