Fulcrum shift and Blizzard not bad either - and it makes good use of scourge -
I PvP with both my scrappers regularly and I see them equally good but as mentioned before they excel in different situations. I personally prefer my regen in 1vs1 (except against kineticists
) and my SR for teams. Oh and the both equally rubbish against rads

I have always been a fan of MoG until I got Elude on my SR scrapper and I realised how much it pails in comparison and fair too situational to merit the slots to make it reasonable.
I would take out 2 slots in resilience because they make such little difference, especially when you have tough, and put another slot in Soul drain and an end reduction in Tough. -
I love having acro personally but I really hate knockback and hovering around isnt my thing
combat jumpming also a really useful power to have for obvious reasons.

2 accuracy and 3 slotted To hit Build up usually enough to hit most things I'd rather have a recharge or end reduction in it tbh.

Martial Arts isn't gimped
and Fire Secondary is much worse than devices for blasters.

Er, why do you say that SoTW is useless while Flashing Steel is a part of the regular attack chain. Flashing Steel seems clearly inferior choice for PvP as it costs more, recharges slower and does less damage. Its only advantage is that it's a cone, but how much of an advantage is a melee cone in PvP?

Must admit I dont have Flashing Steel limited use in PvP -
Looking at hero planner 3 slotted with damage it does 80% of the damage as a 3 slotted energy punch, means you can spam it more without losing much DPS.

With me slotwise consume would be more accurate, healing flames would have more recharge. Char would have 3 accuracies as id rather not miss than have a more than necessary hold duration.

I can play around with enhances in the slots, I agree with char have to test out Consume properly.

I'm not too bothered about losing aggro to other tanks, I would be there for damage. Although how would you slot it 3 Acc 2 Red End 1 Taunt? I'd quite like to have boxing as an attack to make a better single target attack chain.

You have Taunt at level 47. I don't see the point. You should get it earlier ( level 24 perhaps ) or not bother with it at all. I suggest the former.

I find it easy enough to maintain aggro through AoEs and my aura (usually hits due to perma fort and tactics), so I feel I would be better off getting other powers beforehand. Also with Taunts 5 person limit it strikes me that it isnt the power it once was . . . -

This for all defender nukes or just Blackstar, I'm sure it made my defender's Nova more damaging (50% Damage boost I think), and if it is just Blackstar seems unfair.
