    Both Ice/Dark and Ice/Rad are great though so go with personal preference.

    For PvE why slot it any other way - aim + bu with 3 dam 3 rec is the way to go

    Erm, to what end? Power boost doesnt have toHit in itself.. It'd buff aim or buildups toHits but this build doesnt have them.. Or does it buff the defdebuff of RI? (afaik it doesnt)

    Power Build Up has +ToHit +Dam +Special, and iirc it'll boost RI, but I may be wrong.

    So it would buff exactly everything? Somehow I find that hard to believe. To my knowledge it is same as power boost with a different name but unfortunately I dont have character with it so I could test.

    PBU is +Acc, +Dam, +Special so its Power Boost and Build Up combined in one power hence the name Power Build Up

    /Stone is another option quick activation times mean its got high DPS but not as good as SS or EM but I thought it was worth mentioning.

    But you cant go wrong with Invul/, Ice/ or Fire/ down to personal preference.

    Errm actually... I don't agree. Have you ever played a /ff troller in team with a def based toon?.

    My ice tank could easily tank mobs +7 playing along with a /ff troller, and my squishy /sr scrappie actually played as a tank most of the time after lv33 with that same troller. Def buffs from ff are amazing, and can have a full team perma buffed, unlike other sets. Besides having your team mez protected (it takes up to 4 holds from a troller to break thru in pvp) vs all but sleep is very valuable imo.

    But the again, different puppies, different bones my 2cents tho

    Rad sonic is an offensive juggernaught not merely support and he doesnt have the end to run TK. Rad/sonics have more in common with blappers than defenders and losing power mastery means losing a 800 hit point total focus.

    as soon as someone notices they've got rad on them they'll be running all over the map so i doubt you will get in melee hit anyways, but with telkineses you cant set up the kills and help with the damage and let the blasers aid you in taking down the target. in team pvp you'll often have sb, ra, and ab.

    I'd post my build for comparison but i'm at work lol. I took most attacks, sonic siphon and sonic disruption. So all i need to do is follow a team mate preferably melee and attack his target for really quick kills. The enemy usually try to gank me though so cage the biggest threat and laydown liquefy if i need to stop. I also have mind over body and with all the toggles running its possible to survive a nova not sure about one on defiance i doubt it though lol. Teammates might if they aren't the target and are fully buffed. Phase Shift as a panic button.

    I remember practically 1 shotting a dull paining regen with those debuffs with Golden dragonfly
