Looks good but theres a few changes I would make:

<ul type="square">[*]With 2 Endo's in dominate the 2 accuracy IOs are wasted so replace 1st Accuracy with a recharge and take out the 2nd accuracy and put a recharge in TK.[*]You seem to have 2 chance to build ups and as its a unique you need to place a devastation acc/dam/end/rec into blaze.[*]Acro doesnt need 2 end reductions so I would take out one rejuggle slots and put a 4th imprevium armour to get 2.25% endurance &amp; improve the enhancement %s[*]Finally I would make the bloody mandates in the pet acc, acc/dam and dam to improve the numbers.[/list]

What I meant was that in a similar way to kinetics (on controllers) you put up with 37 levels of mediocrity to get those awesome powers

I quite like the idea &amp; I would definately participate be something different and may get more people involved in PvP

We hadnt really met until 3C but since then been firm friends. Thanks for everything you've done for PvP including organising a balanced dueling torunament which isnt an easy thing to do. Going to be sorely missed by the whole community take care mate hopefully see you again soon.

No real best times I've got lots of fights all through the day sometimes and nothing others, but generally evening is best when it is at its busiest.

Most arena is at lvl 50 but most pvpers are just happy to pvp so probably fight anything 30+ depending on toons involved.

Just out of interest which server do you play on and what toons?

Why total focus at 35? Looks pretty weak in sirens without it and is the only reason to take energy ahead of ice (not saying you should have another /ice dom but might as well play to its strengths)

The 1 villain 1 hero was a very nice dynamic meaning lots of variety in fights, no 2 teams were the same which was cool. Though probably restricted the amount of people that could enter.

MA for PvP and mez/damage (Stuns and Immobs).

MA has a slightly stronger + faster activating attack chain, but doesn't come close to Kat's survivability.
