Looks good but theres a few changes I would make:

<ul type="square">[*]With 2 Endo's in dominate the 2 accuracy IOs are wasted so replace 1st Accuracy with a recharge and take out the 2nd accuracy and put a recharge in TK.[*]You seem to have 2 chance to build ups and as its a unique you need to place a devastation acc/dam/end/rec into blaze.[*]Acro doesnt need 2 end reductions so I would take out one rejuggle slots and put a 4th imprevium armour to get 2.25% endurance &amp; improve the enhancement %s[*]Finally I would make the bloody mandates in the pet acc, acc/dam and dam to improve the numbers.[/list]

Hehe trying out the likely soon FoTM domi

few things i noticed and wanna mention:
-drop lightning ball, its AoE (so no good use for duels) high end use and slow recharge. The latter makes it not a really viable investment to profit from the -recov either. Powersink from the epic is a better option imo.
-might wanna consider getting rid of confuse. However i like this power myself in general, in PvP it's not that hard to negate it by rotating camera view and since you got no pets you have no decoy that will make the target switching happening anyway. And its got pretty long animation which can be really deadly... to you
-blaze at lvl 38? It's your best hitting main damage dealing power AND toggle dropper. I'd say get it waaay earlier. (maybe switch around some powers and move tactics to lvl 38)
-Snipe although good dam, its interruptable. Can be good, but also hard to pull it off to good use.
-squeezing in aid self would be very useful too, but its 2 powerpicks...
-with some work you could maybe skip acro and use 2/3 -KB prot in CJ and the epic armour. but you'd be having a bit weaker KB prot and giving up on minor hold prot.
-and vengeance for duels is just silly

I -cant- get it before 38 ^_~
the lightning ball allows the the +recharge set bonus wich powersink does not and powersink is not all that hot sadly Vengence aint relly for duels since that somewhat impossible but its a nice enough power for when I do team PVE
Same with the snipe the sets it allows work in my favor towards perma dom even if I dont spam the attack
As for confuse its also somewhat useless in duels agreed but the set is nice and confuse per say aint bad for pve when I go duels are pretty much just blaze-&gt;fireblast-&gt;hold-&gt;repeat anyway

to get perma domination you have to comprimise your build quite a bit although you could possibly swap the confuse for the fear and reorder powers which would keep the recharge bonus also snipe is pretty nice damage with fiery embrace and domination and tk allows you to fear off the snipe pretty safely.

&amp; yeah blaze is a tier 9 on doms

I just did a quick scan hehe. Ofcourse blaze is 38 for you. Been playing my fire blaster and fire corrupter too much lately
As for the other powerpicks for set bonuses. Well if you think it's worth it, go for it. Personally i prefer having good slotted usefull powers instead of a bit more little set bonuses. But if it makes you have perma dom well guess it might be worth the sacrifises.
I didn't think of the TK+snipe combo. Should be good indeed
And i agree with Pjil: terrify is a much better pick -especially when doing some team PvP, and not even to mention PvE wise- and use the glimps of abbys set if you are going for bonuses. It's got same +rec and +accu bonus as posi blast and a little psi res and HP boost on top of that as well.

Here we are I swaped around the chance of buildup to Blaze insted of fireblast aswell and I recall 76+ should be enough with hasten running etc but I could be wrong and then it needs some more tweaking :/

According to mids perma Hasten is 85% as far as i can tell 86% giving 99% recharge enough to have it on Ctrl click, and then when you hear that "wwuuuuuuu" sound you click domination

Hasten doesnt need to be perma to get perma dom

Definately make sure have the chance to build up in fire blast as you can spam that more easily and you want the highest enhancement percentages as possible in Blaze as its such an awesome power, but personally given the damage buff of domination and fiery embrace I wouldnt bother with the chance to build up at all and go with another devastation acc/dam/rec as a 5% chance isnt much.

possibly I prefer the /psi pool to /fire tough /fire hit damage cap fairly easy wich somewhat limited the sets blaze is lovely and such but It really cant compare to a well executed /psi dominator PSW is to powerful with drain psyche :/
