    not really, I got my bane to 1700 hp which isn't by any means an exorbitant amount but not bad either. there really isn't all that much to VEATS, (until they can side switch and stalker hunt). so long as you have shatter armor and tro nades you're doing your job.

    or a regen scrap. being new with little experience will tend to get you dead since you'll be a target and won't have the experience to know how to get out of it. elec/therm is a great toon once you know what you're doing but even then, i'd probably go with sonic/therm anyway.

    i took it for a set mule and as follow up power thrust to people with low KB. other than that I don't use it.

    from what i've heard, aside from a few bug changes (fingers crossed on RV heavies finally being fixed) devs don't care about pvp or changes. nothing will be done because the population is too low due to their fixes. it makes boat loads of sense.

    pretty sure there was a dude who soloed the entire itf on a fire/fire, name slips my mind atm (sorry, =/)

    MM would be good cuz of the -regen but so long as you have a high dps ST chain, which there has been someone to do that for every set, you're golden. its less of a set issue and more of a build one.

    elec/nrg would sapp better.

    there is no reason to pump that much cash into, what is arguably the worst blaster combo in both pve and pvp.

    you need more kb(41 atleast), you should have capped hp, no perception or escape, and you should not have fly or elec APP. (basically everything liberty said) honestly this looks more like a concept build that you just decided to put abunch of pvp io sets in, which doesn't make a build pvp ready.

    ya know in light of the i13 pvp being the "success" that it was. I'm beginning to think that it isn't entirely castles fault. why? because if you really look at the system it has some good things and bad (albeit more bad) but its really a half done system. It wouldn't surprise me that there are some things, pvp being high on the list, that castle wants to continue to look at and finish but the higher ups wont let him(I'd also include CoP and base raids on that list). IMO, the majority of the devs seem more like RPers, coughanimatedtailscough, and think that since pvp was already "fixed" theres no reason to look at it again.

    niether have a ton of acc or tohit but im not really sure what i could drop in order to pick up tactics or if fire epic/char is worth dropping for targeting drone or FA. also i think both have roughly 2000 hp which i think is ok(?)
