Is Bone smasher more acceptable?

i took it for a set mule and as follow up power thrust to people with low KB. other than that I don't use it.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
On a Rad/EM you pretty much get everything you could want from Total Focus in Cosmic burst. Slot for 4 Dmg pieces (Deva or Glad Jav) and 2 sets of the purple stun set. With power boost you can still get it to over 5 seconds for a stun I think.
As fun as it may be you're probably better off taking something else. Veng or Snipe if you don't already have them. bone smasher really isn't worth it since your tier 2 hits about as hard from 80+ Feet away. If you have all the good stuff, just set mule something.
kinda fun on teams within zones. if you use it you definitely want to be in a jump animation to compliment the long animation time... or jump to another elevation or out of sight while it's running.
i put about 3 procs in mine... just as an attack with some poor solo player is attempting to run away from a gank while TS'd and KS'ing seems plausible

Got another question... Is using Irradiate right after hibernate to unhide stalkers a good idea for zone PvP?

Trying to come up with a Rad/EM PvP build and I was wondering if TF still used a lot? I have been doing some searching for forums and seen quite a few builds thgat dropped it. Is this the PvP norm nowadays?
