    My DB/WP

    This is one of the projects I have going. As with all of my melee characters, my goal is to max out their speed/recharge potential to do more with their stronger attacks first. With both Predator badge and Time Lord accolade, I'll achieve perma-hasten with this build. I'll be using Ablating Strike every other attack, so I placed a To-Hit there to keep it active throughout the fight. Blinding Feint will be my second main attack so I placed a build up to juice up my attacks. So here it is:

    Perma Hasten ?

    I already have a perma hasten WP brute and working on a perma hasten WP scrapper. The problem is hasten won't refresh itself in some areas. I have mine set for auto and when it's ready to go, it just won't activate until hasten wears off. Even when I click it manually. I marked it as a bug already.

    Btw, don't forget your day jobs. 10% recharge for Time Lord and 7.5% recharge for Predator. Not sure what the blue side equivalent of these badges are.

    Not to mention day job recharge bonuses. Not too familiar with blue side, but I know red side has the Predator and Time Lord.
  4. This is the project I'm currently working on. Like most of my melee builds, the goal is to get as much recharge as possible to keep hasten running permanently. Best advice is to work with bash until you put in enough sets to knock down your recharge. Work in mu lighting and you'll have an 8 hit attack chain that has less than 2 sec CT.

  5. Fury is only a damage buff. It only adds on to the damage you can already do. In other words, Build Up is a 20% damage buff. With each point in fury, your damage buff rises 2%. In most group battles, you'll usually linger around 80, which is a 160% damage buff. Simplified:

    Stone Fist with no fury and no damage enhancements: 41.7 damage
    Stone Fist with 100 fury and no damage enhancements: 125.1 damage
    Stone Fist with 0 fury and 3 damage enhancements: 83 damage
    Stone Fist with 100 fury and 3 damage enhancements: 166.4 damage
  6. I wouldn't recommend it. Looking at the numbers on both SS and SM, SS is just as endurance heavy as SM. Unless you're keeping jab, which most rarely do, your main attacks are gonna be 3 for Punch, 5 for Haymaker, 11 for Knockout and 14 for Foot Stomp. Compare that to 3 for SF, 5 for SM, 7 for HM and 11 for Seismic. *Note: These are IO'd numbers using the Crushing Impact set* The only thing that brings SM ahead endurance wise is the use of fault compared to the low cost of rage over a period of time, not to mention the rage crash you'll endure.

    You'll be running at least 4 toggles all the time. 6 if you include Tough and Weave. There's at least 2 powers you don't need in Will Power. Consider losing those before you think about Stamina. Heck, consider losing an attack before you think about Stamina.
  7. To each their own, I suppose. I prefer the purple set on knockout blow because the recharge is more beneficial there than on haymaker that pops up every 2.6 seconds. It's part of his 4 hit chain. Like I said, it's a template. Some people feel more survivable 5 slotting their heals and 6 slotting their defenses, or even 6 slotting their RttC. One mistake I did notice was putting rage at 26 instead of 18. It was shifted from my SM/WP build, so I overlooked that little mistake. Normally, I don't touch the epic pool, so this was a quickie to cater to the OP.
  8. As stated, it was built for speed. As with most my builds, I aim for Perma-Haste. I don't put Hami's in my builds because they're harder to come by. 4 slots is still 4 slots. 6 slotting stam and qr was for the recharge bonuses, not to mention the damage buff along the way. The build is merely a template to work with, since I survive just fine without darkest night and super speed. FYI, having 5 purple sets in any build is gonna be expensive.
  9. Why not have both? Here's a build for you. It's survivable and has potential to perma-haste once you get the predator badge and time lord accolade. You'll have to live without resurgence, but that's what that inspiration slot I keep hearing about is for.

  10. A bit late in responding, but just some minor adjustments. 2 slot haste. According to the build, if you only 1 slot it, your haste recharge jumps to 130.5 secs. Even with Time Lord, you're looking at 7.1 seconds without haste. Move that slot to weave and maximize your defense. That steadfast slot will better serve you in Tough, boosting your resistance. You also don't need the extra accuracy in drain psyche. Along with the ToHit buff from Tactics, you also have 111% global accuracy. Never had a build without the fitness pool, but this is looking very nice. Here's your build with the adjustments I suggested:
