You say you're bad at making builds? That build is actually pretty good, much better than the average build you see on the forums.
You hit permadom 3, meaning you're a permadom without hasten (you can go afk and will never lose dom ) which is something I always wanted, but I personally prefer more positional defense.

Very nice build, one thing I might suggest is to take two of the slots in hasten and add them somewhere else... maybe put one in Hot Feet and another in Soul Drain, replace Obliteration with Gaussian's to bump up your defenses a little bit more... just an idea.
Why?? Whats the point of a oneslotted hasten,Tolso?
Because his global recharge is around 130%
Having that much recharge time enables him to have permadom without the need of hasten, so he can remove the slots out of hasten (if he wants to) and put them into other powers and get more set bonuses

I'm pretty sure that hasten will also be perma, so there's really no need in having it recharge even faster...
I agree you can remove 2 slots from hasten. There will only be a half a second downtime which is acceptable.

Yeah, I was thinking I could transfer some of my influence from blueside to red, cause im not exactly the richest villain. Is there a way to do that? (sorry if thats a little nooby to ask, but I just rejoined about a month ago after a 3 year break, and i'm just barely getting used to CoV) Will there be people willing to do that? or is that against the rules or something?

Not really. You can try to find someone you trust who has the equivalent amount you need redside. Who'd be willing to give your villain the funds. In return for you giving them the same amount to one of his heroes. That's risky though..make sure if you go that route its someone you trust.

Set up a tranfer bid on WW/BM.
I set up something like an inspiration on either the BM/WW and make sure that no one bids for the item or that there are other items for sale, I usually buy the entire lot of inps just to ensure that it is mine that is being sold.
I place my item in the auction slot and set the bidding price really high, what are the odds that someone else is trying to buy a purple insp?!
Then I log on to the side that I am transfering money from and place my bid. I also make sure that if there are any other new items I buy them back up, that is why I use inspirations. Once I am sure that it is only my item on the BM/WW I bid my amount and transfer my money over as a Point of Sale.
It is risky to do but if you have good control over the BM you shouldnt have a problem, I do it with heroes to villains and villains to villains. I havent had a "mishap" in a year and a half but it can happen

You're mixing some bad ideas with something that's impossible.
You can transfer from hero to hero via Wentworths, or from villain to villain via the Black Market. But the Black Market and Wentworths are not connected, so you can never transfer between heroes and villains. There is a single Black Market server that handles all villain transactions on all servers, even the European ones, so you can arrange transfers between villains on different servers. And there is a single and separate Wentworths that handles all Hero transactions in the same way. But they aren't connected, so items listed at Wentworths will never show up on the Black Market, and vice versa.
The bad ideas are to use Inspirations and price them high. There's an article on Paragonwiki that explains a MUCH safer method of transferring Inf between chars. You pick something with a VERY low transaction rate, like a level 41 Mutation Intangibility DO with 1 for sale. Buy it on the char you want Inf, then relist it for 1 Inf. Swap to your banker, make sure there is still only 1 for sale, and buy it for however much you want to transfer (plus 10% to take into account the transaction fee). There is virtually no chance that anyone will offer another for sale, ever. But if they do and they list it for more than 1, your banker will buy the one your other char listed as it is priced lower.

A bit late in responding, but just some minor adjustments. 2 slot haste. According to the build, if you only 1 slot it, your haste recharge jumps to 130.5 secs. Even with Time Lord, you're looking at 7.1 seconds without haste. Move that slot to weave and maximize your defense. That steadfast slot will better serve you in Tough, boosting your resistance. You also don't need the extra accuracy in drain psyche. Along with the ToHit buff from Tactics, you also have 111% global accuracy. Never had a build without the fitness pool, but this is looking very nice. Here's your build with the adjustments I suggested:

So, I've gotten some pretty good purple drops recently. (maybe all those people in AE make the drops in normal missions better?) I got a Ragnarok triple, 2 absolute astonishments, an armageddon proc, as well as a couple other ones. I've been thinking to level another villain up besides my SS/WP brute, and I decided to build a fire/psi dominator. I like dreaming big, so I'm posting my 'dream build' here, and will love to hear your guys' feedback! This is definitely going to be long term, but I just want something to aim for.
But the problem is, I'm not very talented when it comes to making builds, so I am begging on my knees for your guys' help.
By the way, I'll probably use this build mainly for farming, so thats why theres no stamina and that sort in my build. (From what I heard you don't need it?)
