  2. I downloaded the betaprogram but can you transfert a toon from a live server to the beta server ? and how ?
    Can you respec it ?
  3. Same value for Instant snipe for all means same value for Tactics for all...
    Otherwise , they again up the damage of other archetype and not the blaster one...

    Hi,

    I am a new player (begin the game 6 month ago) and i want to play a dominator from 1 november to 30 November.
    I will solo mostly to discover this archetype.
    I have played a blaster ( nrj/nrj) until Alpha tier 3
    a Tank Shield/Mace until lvl 30
    a Scapper DB/SR until lvl 20
    a MM Thugs/Time until lvl 50
    a Corruptor Archery/TA in progress ( lvl 28) until 31 october.
    The Corruptor give me a little taste of mezz but i'm not a specialist.

    I will play it in prevision of I24.

    Power Boost ON 15s every 15,81s give me near perma instantsnipe.
    I slotted it for DEF ( 45% in S/L/E/R without inspiration , little miss on Range) and Perma instantSnipe without too much click ( miss for 0,81s).
    Could perharps be upgraded with the second ATO.

    can you have booth the hero and villain accolades Power ?

    example: the Freedom Phalanx Reserve and the High Pain Treshold

  9. Yes, and there's the fact that i'm a noob with a ugly build ( first toon and i wait for i24 + capacity to take mace mastery before respec): i die a lot with my lvl 50 blaster nrg/nrg/Force.
    I play a lot with Mid before my respec but i know it's theoric and it will not replace practical use of builded toon in game.

    In theory : i have not perma boost to def with power boost by MID. In practice : not a problem by experienced player.

    Recharge question are important : Power boost is Off 2,05s for a cycle of 17,05 s : your def is 12% of the time less than desired.
