Rad/Rad Defender build with good Def and perma AM?

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.

I've never gotten villain epics. Can you just use the Market power to blip over, do the arc, and blip back? Do you lose anything other than Hero Merits?
If by market power you mean black market tp power. No. You cannot use it if you are a hero. You must do 10 vig tips. Vig morality mission. 10 more vil tips. Vil morality mission. Then ppp arc. Then switch back if you are so inclined.

i believe there is an alignment change that can be bought using points. maybe he means that?

Perhaps, It's 800 points to go from Hero/Vig to Vill and the other way around. If he so wishes.

I have the same question :
Do you lose anything other than Hero Merits? ( like accolade power)
Yeah, that's the power. I just don't want to lose anything, assuming I've spent all my Hero Merits.
Nothing lost besides Alignment merits. The Paragon Market Alignment change is not a power, but a token.

Does anyone have a high defense rad/rad build that also has perma AM? Or is it a moot point with the new IO's coming out? Thanks!
