Well there's 3 shows i like gone. I remember the good old days when seasons were 20-23 episodes and the only reruns came in the summer. sigh.

The new trailer looks better, but I'm still concerned about tone issues. Ryan Reynolds just seems too much of a wisecracker to be Hal Jordon. It's just too out-of-character.
Also, I really hope the filmmakers don't try to jam on a "cute," boy-meets-girl subplot on to this movie. This trend of turning superhero action movies into romantic comedies (e.g., Spider-man and Thor) in order to appeal to a young female audience is just lame. Leave that kind of stuff to the Lifetime Channel. -
Never read the books but i'm addicted to the show. having trouble staying away from the books though. damn show only comes on once a week and only for an hour.

It may seem a bit odd that people that would fall into the pitchfork and torches type behavior that the X-men have had to deal with would be rational enough to differentiate between supers various origins, but I guess the populace of the MU is just more scientifically savvy than the avg. populace in the real world.
I'm sure people are just as upset when the Thing gets punched through their apartment as they would be if it were Colossus, but the hatred of mutants stems from a fear for the survival of the species, not so much the individual. -
