I was on my elec/therm and had this one blaster so POd he asks me to duel him, no insps.
I asked him to reconsider and told him that I was elec/therm, he said it didn't matter becuase he was better then me.
Match set at 3-0 my win, the only reason it was so low is becuase I killed him twice and then killed him with brawl, which, although it took 6 minutes, was extremely entertaining. -

I run this build personally. Its kind of hypeR-adjustED to a certain enemy type, it works well in most CAses and rolls if you remember to use smoke. PS
Good single target damage in Boxing & Fire Blast and AoE damage is LuLz.
I can normally run 8/+4 demons with or without boss's, However the best difficulty for me to run is 6/+2, 6/+0 or 6/-1 depending on what Im doing, +2 better xp if u have a lowbie in, +0 a middle and -1 for drops.

Actually if you watch the power in PvE or so, It knocks down a target 2 times. When the target RESISTS the KB, the KBs within the power add up; Knocks having a wierd tendancy to add up if they are applied in the same second. So in truth, Gale CAN be greater then mag 41, depending on when it's activated and whether the two KB components are applied within the same server tick.
Just speculating but its some speculation Im pretty sure of. -

I don't know where to start with this. It seems to me that you're pretty sure your way is better, which immediately puts me off. Speaking as someone who enjoys a good fight-club session from time to time -- ESPECIALLY when zones are totally unbalanced (IE, a fair fight is totally impossible), I find a lot of the 'lolz fightklubber' stuff to be an intellectual justification for bad sportsmanship (aka: grieving). I mean what's the point otherwise? Just leave them be... go kill NPCs
Don't get me wrong, I love big open zone mayhem, and I've been pvping since CoV. I just think there is room for both klubbing when things get slow. Reading all this One True Way crap annoys me.
For my own sake, sometimes I just want to hang out and be social, watch duels, chat, discuss builds, etc. I would be totally happy if they added a hollowed ground region, with some cage-match type system to the zones. People could have their social-fun-time without being ganked by the 'needm0ar killz' 'serious' pvpers. I suspect the 'serious' pvpers wouldn't like that.

Mac, if you were everywhere at all times on all servers... you'd sound less silly trying to speak as though you've witnessed all there is to PvP in this game. However, because you are not... you just soud like an guy who got really good in the arena, and copy/pasted the tactics to every toon you play. Attack $target! Win! lol

In essence he has. Freedom PvP is basically, every servers PvP, not only becuase there is almost no PvP elsewhere, but becuase there are PvPers on freedom from EVERY server, a mix of the good and bad. You will find a larger sample of every PvP subculture on Freedom and some you haven't even heard of, coming from a smaller server.
You dramatically understate the skill required to become good in arena. Arena is 1v1, 2v2, 5v5 8v8, but unfortunetly with the pittance of a pvp we have now, 1v1 arenas are much more common. Therefore, in essence, that comment works against you.

Recharge is most important, but you will notice if you try to frankenslot some defence in there.
-Another useful hint, Retsu can take BotZ AND Karma KB prots if need be. I have mine slotted 3 LotG's DR-ER-DER 1 DR Red Fortune and the two KB prots. -
Proc slotting Spirit Shark Jaws is plain devastating. I absolutely love it, got it slotted 2 D/R hamis, 1 A/D hami, Glad net proc, GWE proc and unbreak proc. Que it up while Spirit Shark is animating and if ur in range the two attacks hit at the same time.
Mite wanna look at your Retsu Slotting, its a pretty important power to a /nin and u have it slotted kinda iffy.
AS - 3 A/D hamis, Heca proc, Mako proc, PvPo proc.
You don't need phase and hib, drop phase or go soul, the temp powers make up for it easily and you don't need to spend power choices on phase.
Blinding powder 5 slot with CP is very nice; Confuse goes off quite a bit and it can help with that mad scrapper that hates u for killing his blaster friend.
If you drop phase, u can get acro for ur KB problems. Still need about 15-20 more pts.
Throw your stealth proc in sprint and lrn2togglmanage.
SJ is a lil over slotted hmm? There is a Travel/End hami you can use. -
Need a new ventrillo server to harrass. Old freedom vent i used to harrass diededed badly.

I farmed 2 or 3 of Kaats blasters in RV, he then got his tank and tried to kill me, he'd get me low and I'ld placate him. He's very funny.
