Also, to add to the list:
You cannot summon an Ouroboros Portal while EX'd. The animation will play, but no portal will appear. If you quit your team and become un-EX'd, the portal will suddenly appear where you had just clicked a minute ago. It's quite spooky. -

It isn't only Gaussian. I saw icons from decimation and souldbound procs as well

I noticed that too. And it isn't new. I started to noticing it long before i16 went live (probably around i13). I'm usually using them to get domination going for my Dom before LGTF starts.

One key tip is do not attack him.. just use taunt. The more you attack any enemy, the more the AI is likely to attack you back. If you are just Taunting, you will be attacked less often and it greatly increases your chance of survival.
On sidenote: it seems that blue tower gives him huge recharge bonus. Without blue tower, LR rarely has a chance to summon more than 1 set of his pets, on another hand, with blue tower, he can summon 2-4 sets very quickly before he is taken down. -

Run TV nemesis map or Unai's freak map solo or padded, you will get 12-14 IOs per run, just saying...

We also don't know whether 1) these new difficulty settings will work in MA missions, or 2) if the drop rates will scale to the number of virtual teammates. However, if the drop rates act like they do in a padded mission currently (1 person getting all the drops their teammates would be getting) this change might serve to alleviate the rising prices of purples. -

I'm running 3-5 speed TFs/SFs every day with the same group of people. I don't remebeber us running the same TF back to back. While it possible we can run couple ITFs or LGTFs, but there would be something in between... -

I checked whether it was implemented or not first day i14 was released: ran the same tf on the same toon before 24 hours passed, and I wasn't hit by DR, so I assumed it was implemented. -
It is certainly less than 24 hours now. Before i14 or i15 was released (i don't remember which one), someone of red names mentioned that they were looking at DR timer and it will be lowered in next release.
In past couple months I ran TF/SFs under assumption that DR timer is 18 hours (don't ask me where I got this number, I think it was mentioned somewhere on boards) and I never had been hit with DR. Patch notes don't have anything about DR.
I posted this question because, it seems, that timer even lower than 18 hours. I ran ITF with some player last nite. It was completed at 1:43 AM EST. That player ran ITF today again on the same toon. It ended at 2:30 PM EST and that player got all 28 merits in less than 13 hours. -
Can anyone tell what is TF/SF DR timer now? It was 24 hours in the past. It's been changed since i14 or i15.
