Ok this is odd.. for the most part everything is running fine except...
I have 2 machines, Identical both are running BFG 9800 gt cards and things are fine but one is showing shader quality as being N/A the other one is accessable... The chipset is not intel, I have no idea why one is showing it and the other is not... can anyone shed some light on this one? -
Quote:Hey, no need to bring Champions Online into this... Wait, you were talking about W.O.WLow poly count cartoonish orcs and elves aren't really my thing. i mean, i knew that already, but the trial confirmed it for me.

Quote:Did anyone read this? He asked which is the most populated, not which is better...Hi I'm from the Union server. I am thinking of coming over to the U.S servers and would like to know which one is most populated! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Freedom and Virtue is the answer...
The best thing you can do it put a toon on each of them including the lesser populated servers... see for yourself what fits into your playing style. -

Quote:gratz on becoming the base repI am building a list of things that our community would like to see improved in base design and construction. This could range from room/plot prices to issues with stacking or new creative units you would like to see. I have researched previous posts but would rather have it under one branch where we the community can hold a candid discussion.
I intend to compile this information and bring it to the attention of a developer who will be designated to bases. Feel free to PM me if you feel uncomfortable posting here. Being the base representative, I can promise that our concerns will be addressed because I too am a base builder and want some closure. I will be following this thread regularly. -
Ok i'm going to say it... This was announced today being april 1st, Hmmm could this be an april's fools day joke? Makes ya think...

Have to agree with Old. People want what they want and they want it now!
There are great guides on making money using WW and some of them do work, yet people don't want to hear about having to wait. They want their toon uber now! They want purples now, or whatever else for their toon! The same goes for leveling, I want my toon to be 50 now, F the content and learning about the game first!!! These people will take the risk and not care, and if they do get caught atleast one will happen quick, their account getting banned! -
-
They worked out great, used 2 to sell a panacea proc to someone on pinacle direct which in turn saved me the 200 mil WW fee...
Used another 2 to exchange 2 toon's AT's and free name changes to boot. -

Grats David...
Will you be at the Boston meet and greet? If so see you there -
It's good news but I really hope they don't make it too easy I love seeing what people have done and how creative they have been!
It's been fun for me to create things they don't have like second and third floors, stairs using decks and whatnot I would like to see them get rid of the flashy effect of two objects meshed I hate that!!!
add more stuff but do not remove the creative process
and Turbo has my vote!!! -
Last night I finished my last one!!! (well until they add more)
glad to be done with them!!! -
Hmmm I know the blaster hits a little more harder than a corruptor but, does scourge make up for that?
Anyone know? -
-
For those of you who gotten the Pre-Purchase of Going Rogue
Which of the choices using Duel Pistols do you like:
I have made a blaster version to start, Dp/Em and it's been pretty cool I'm thinking of doing Corruptor version, The possible combos seem very interesting. What are some of the versions have you guys made and what are your thoughts... -
Quote:Actually, that answer was a shift in what I replied to. It went from being told they can't effect me to "quit the team if you have bad team mates". Sorry, but that effects me. When I have to go through half a dozen or more teams or kick at least as many team mates before I find a team that's not being ruined by idiots, then they are, in fact, affecting me very much. The only way for them not to affect me at all is for me never to have to put up with them even for a short time. And the only way to manage that is, yes, to be psychic so I know in advance what kind of person a new teammate is before I ever play with them.
Tyger, I see what your problem is and I'm here to help you!!!
With all these so called idiots running around and from what you are saying this seems to be rampant on Virtue, this link should help you weed out those bad apples

Good luck and may the force be with you!! -
It's going to be fun no doubt looking forward to it

Quote:What about a double xp week, for us fools who have to work all weekends and have more time during the week. How about that?
Hmm didn't this start on Thursday? which, unless they changed it is not part of the weekend
I work weekends as well but it is what it is, and to add,
I think they have been very cool about all of this, exstending the transfers further and getting an issue out before GR to be honest I think they are kicking azz, Concidering Champions and STOL coming out from the competitors to me they have more than answered the bell -
Gratz jets I'll be there soon myself

Quote:Yep, filter better. This is no different from any other MMO. Just because someone is max level does not mean they're knowledgeable about the game or their class/AT. Especially in this day of 'solo to level cap' gameplay, that clueless 50 doesn't have to be an AE Baby. They could very well be a casual type who leveled to 50 over the last four to five years and just doesn't know what "common knowledge" at their level might be (though it's more likely to be an AE Baby, admittedly).
Then again, I'm an old vet from the EQ era where people at max level knew their (stuff) and heck, even being present in some zones suggested you knew more than Joe Casual (had to raid to get there and had to be competent to get into a guild good enough to do those raids).
But seriously, who doesn't at least check the badges on potential groupmates. That's no guarantee either but it's a lot easier to see an AE Baby coming by doing so. That "everything you do in an MMO affects everyone else" line of thinking is a slippery slope. When exactly does it end? Does my selling a ceramic armor to a QM/NPC hurt the populace by depriving the market of supply? Is my soloing depriving the populace of people available to team? Exploits are bad, no one's arguing that. But not everything is an obvious exploit. Demon missions on a fire tanker or brute, exploit or smart gameplay? I am SO banned if that's a 'sploit.
