I'm glad that people like it and here are some info about inquiries.

Anyone can be in the Inquirer or in the scrapbook. Just send me texts, links, done articles or simply descriptions what someone wants to be made, and it will be done.

Scrapbook is IC thing. It is collected by Diana (Love Angel) now and there will be her comments and views of the articles in it too. Also originally scrapbook was created to be unusual "diary" for my characters, after a while it expanded and included other people's stories. I don't mind that at all but basically it's core is still what it was created to be so most of the scraps include my characters and people they interact with.

This magazine full color version of the Inquirer is and always be scrapbook exclusive, although for short termed things as weekly front page of wiki I can send non-scrapbook version. This is simply because I don't want to start cannibalize scrapbook and chop it in pieces. I always make it as a whole and sometimes when I'm too lazy or out of inspiration I use certain tricks that couldn't be used if I make scraps separately.
There may be less exclusive Inquirer though in the form of normal newspapers that may be posted separately.

There is also a wiki page of the scrapbook and all people who participated can put their names in the article there.

And in the and big thanks to all who helped with scrapbook and the Inquirer by now and who will in the future.

While I'm fully supporting images, attribute box is something that should be purely personal choice.
I don't use it because I want that my characters to be described fully IC and not that they look as a "character sheet". That si why avoided putting in other "gamespeak" info too.

Since IC there were a lot of "invisible" NPCs around too if someone wasn't able to come online and wished to be on the ball he can say how he was but keeping low "in the crowd" and PM me how much they donated, if they donated anything at all (it wasn't mandatory).
As for what was happening, I guess there will be several recaps soon. ))

So everyone who wants to come to a ball this evening please send a IC tell (comm units) to Love Angel (@Rhinotar) or any Tempest member that you know and is online. We'll form teams so that people can enter Tempest base.))

Hi mate. You'll not believe what I heard yesterday! Remember that bald former hero? Yeah, that Coile dude. Get this, his dead wife is not cold yet and he already got a new woman. *laughs* Although "a woman" is a bit of a stretch here. This girl looks as a schoolgirl and my mate saw them groping in Pocket D. Supposedly it was pretty obscene.

Inquirer is always on a lookout for any dirt about Paragon City's heroes and they ALWAYS write the TRUTH! All citizens that are interested in publishing the TRUTH should contact the Inquirer with their findings.

Is it possible for Coile to be slandered more? Inquirer should find a new target soon because people of the Paragon City are fed up with Coile's antics but any new bit of dirt can sell additional issue or two.

Many of you have already seen this, but here it is “officially” since several people nudged me gently (and some threatened to beat me with a stick if I don’t) to post it here.

Scrapbook

Originally it was intended to be just a slightly different kind of “diary” for my roleplaying characters, but in the end it turned to be much more. As I was getting more involved with other characters soon their stories became a part of this and those people started contributing to the scrapbook. Scrapbook was also a birthplace of the dreaded Paragon Inquirer, the sleaziest tabloid in the city that caused many troubles (and laughs) for certain characters because of their lies.
Big thanks to everyone who helped in making this more fun and dynamic.

My main tools for this are ever-handy Photoshop and ever-fickle inspiration.

Any further contributions, ideas, suggestions or Inquirer victims are, of course, welcome. I can be contacted over PMs here, on Militia forums, the Silent Tempest forums or over the mail.

(These have been plastered on the walls in Pocket D as well as all around Paragon City and various locations in Rogue Isles.)

Actually there was a response. Love Angel offered to tutor Dragonfly in English and decorum, and that she'll show her some good second-hand shops with nice and cheap clothes.

Coile's recaps are great. Not only that they are recaps but they are really fun to read. And when I say fun, I mean "I-can't-wait-for-the-next-one" fun!
Anyway if they take too much time, of course that you should make them shorter or just slow down with them.

Speaking of recaps, I should really stop being a lazy bum and update certain pink menace's diary (scrapbook is waiting until I collect more "material" for it).

The whole merry (and unholy) bunch of my characters will probably show up at least briefly, of course.
That is if someone explains Banshee what is Christmas.

Yes, and he helped Cobra already, but unlike her it seems that Nightsparrow's nightmares are externally induced or amplified by some tormentor. And there is also a problem of her own... ehm... shall we say paranoid and (slightly) psychotic personality (which is then again a result of 5 years having those nightmares, so it's sort of a magic circle) so in current situation there is really no chance that she'll let Gauisus (who is a complete, and quite suspicious, stranger to her) do anything to her.
