This is mine, hope it helps. Before this build, used to have around 35% psi res, but found it useless, nowadays I mainly rely on ranged def against Psi dmg, for the rest of damages, so far no problems. I have no problem tanking but mind you, this tank is unable to solo anything, he's only useful in teams:

Which would result in being able to slowly combine the servers while they figure out how to transfer over things such as supergroups.

Well, NCSoft would probably make some insta cash when everyone started moving chars to Freedom/Virtue leaving EU servers even emptier, but besides that, can't see any other benefit. -
I see nothing wrong in ppl running STF and LRSF at -1 difficulty, "Master of" or not, in fact it makes more sense than having two TF's intended for lvl 45-50 that can't be done with an all lvl 45 team.
If the issue is the cheaping of the "Master of" attempts, perhaps devs should add an additional difficulty setting called "Master of X" for the TF's that can grant said badge that directly takes the team to certain difficulty settings and option requirements overriding anything else. If that worked for the whole team no matter what, would also be good in case team leader gets temporarily disconnected during the TF. -
I guess unifying times benefits us in a way, since US old maintenance times were Monday and Friday and for us, they started at 2 pm UK time and finished 4 pm UK time, during said period, Wentworth's and Black Market were down, so despite we had servers available, some of the game functions were not working, while at our old maintenance times, US servers didn't notice it because EU maintenance didn't take down the WW/BM servers (at least I never noticed it while playing in US servers).
I have to agree that making it Mondays and Fridays is an awful choice for us for the reasons stated on previous posts, we'll see how do they set DXP weekends, since UK Bank Holidays and other European long weekends seem lost now for gaming marathons.
At the end of the day, everytime seems more and more obvious that a server merge would be most beneficial for the game, though not having done so before Champions release could now be perceived as a sign of weakness though let's face it, as bad as CO is, it has had a certain impact in CoH playerbase whether we like it or not, but that's a different story. Regarding the merged server lists, I'd personally rather a character transfer like the old US-EU transfers so I could aglutinate all my chars from my two EU accounts into my two US accounts. -

The game determines that your character was "offline" for an extended time, and your powers turn off, just like if you log out and come back a while later. This is why it gave you patrol XP - it thought you'd been off-line a while.
So it's not a bug in the technical sense of something not working as intended. But it does mean at least one server somewhere in their farm needs its clock changed.

That happened to me and mates once an hour in US servers, coincidentally we were given some Patrol XP, even being online, when all powers detoggled.

I have to agree with Blue Rabbit and Singstar here, despite I'm really excited about my upcoming DM/Elec and MA/Elec Scrappers, can't help getting annoyed at the perspective of going through exactly same content... again... and again

I think it should make a good combination, in fact I am planning one with just an SO build incorporating Air Superiority, Energy Torrent and the MA tools for dmg mitigation (mainly Crane Kick and Dragon's Tail) all that paired with Power Sink and I hope he should work fine. If he does, will consider making him a set build, but still, I guess he shouldn't need it and do fine with just SO's.

Heh, for some reason that build shows "Adrenalin Boost" at lvl 44. I've also noticed Ston3y's update has problems on /Elec armor regarding Energize so I guess we'll have to wait until he fixes it to see your proper build.

Done it once in a bit over 22 min US side with lots of luck, favorable planetary alignment and a great team, but no clue what is fastest time EU side, count me in anytime if you want to try improving that time Phil

All Scrapper ITF's are funnier if you leave 8 Cysts untouched on 2nd mish and get rid of all them at same time to face a massive ambush

I just cant seem to make it fit. The only other must have power on the claw side for me is spin and I really have no problem with mules. Would like 70%ish S&L Res, the above chain all the time to keep double Followup for the other two attacks (I know with hasten I have it on my Claw/WP and that only has another 5% recharge bonus) and of course the end to run it and shields.
Is this doable without purples? I really hope it is -

I remember you mainly from Forums and I'm pretty sure I've teamed with Liqour a few times, I think with my Rad/Sonic fender but not 100% sure tbh.

I had same doubt, finally decided going DM/FA Brute, spent quite some inf on him and softcapped him to Melee Def, no regrets so far, that Fury Bar makes me giggle full time.

It is a common misconception that the level of the mobs determine if you get xp or not. While true if they are too low it does not matter if they are too high providing you are within 5 levels of the highest member of the team.
So a level 45 (or a person sidekicked to a 46) would get xp if on a team with a level 50. It does not matter if that level 50 is killing level 50 or 54 mobs. You get xp either way. Now though with this system you cant be that much lower. It auto sks you to the 50 so instead of get xp for +9 mobs your getting xp for +5 mobs.

I guess this might help finding teams easier, although I bet most of the people who are pleased about this measures in this thread (and the word "most" is key here) are not the usual AE meat and are also hoping same thing.
Again, I hope this works as intended, although all I can foresee is a limited proliferation of radio missions in PI with tons of lowbies and maybe one or two 50's on them (again, I hope I'm wrong). -
So, please someone correct me if I am wrong, if I get a lvl 50 killing lvl 50 foes in an AE mish while I have a lowbie auto sidekicked to 45, lowbie gets max XP, now such lowbie will be auto sidekicked to lvl 49... won't he be getting same XP if the 50 fights lvl 54 foes? If so, is this really such a big advance? as far as I know, bridging was pretty much dead since AE so not sure it's such a great feature getting rid of something pretty much nobody used already.
Obviously, killing speed will not be same for even lvl foes than for +4, but I guess rightly customized foes for a specific AT with specific powersets will minimize the impact of that speed loss in the hands of an experienced player (which farmers usually are) plus in some servers like Freedom where 99% of farms are lvl 54 bosses this won't make much difference I guess, an all Lieutenant or an all Boss mish will still give more XP than any radio/paper mish, plus you control the map and tickets give better rewards (in my own experience at least).
Anyway, it's a try and really hope it makes teaming easier. -
