Uhura had her memory and personality erased by Nomad and had to be reeducated and retaught everything, then still had to reassociate herself with herself as it were since technically she may not be quite the same person.

Scotty was killed and revived by Nomad. Granted he was in transporter stasis for 80 years so presumably he outlived everyone but Spock, but as I recall the final fates of Uhura, Chekov and Sulu have not been revealed in canon.

We are talking about a man who became so vengeful that he would chase Kirk across the universe if necessary until he felt vengeance was satisfied.

Kirk, Spock, McCoy, etc all wore red uniforms starting in Star Trek 2, so they broke the redshirt curse before Picard.

I remember that episode: Picard was part of an away team on a diplomatic visit and he got shot in the chest, damaging his cyber heart. He apparently flatlines and enters the white light and clouds and the angelic being takes Picard's hand in greeting and steps out of the clouds to be revealed as Q!

Futurama Bender's Game also takes a nice shot at Archer in the demolition derby. George Takei's ship starts ramming Bakula's ship and George yells "WAY TO KILL THE FRANCHISE, BAKULA!"


Ironically thanks to the movie reboot, only Enterprise now exists in the revised timeline. TOS, TNG, DS9 and Voyager are all altered or eliminated.

It boils down for me to what the rare vs very rare will offer beside the level shift. My stone armor toons are looking at the very rare musculature radial and smiling at what it can do for them.

Unless there is some UBER bonus for every slot having the very rare, there isn't much point in every alt having the very rare.

I can't recall but doesn't this upcoming DVD tie more into the upcoming movie rather then First Flight?

Don't get me wrong I loved First Flight.

Still, Vigilante is a cowboy, Hal is supposed to be a space cowboy and Nathan can easily play that role. Should be good.

I like the mask, plus its in keeping with in the comics when he was first created until someone pointed out that his exposed neck made him more vulnerable. His costume was then modified to cover his neck and make it a whole mask.

This is precisely why only my 2 badge hunters are going for these. All other alts will run the WST/WTF once then wait for the next one, hence no badge progress.

A leveling out of the WST/TF is expected as not everyone will want to get notices and the uber rares on all their alts.

Also may the Dr Q TF NEVER be selected as a WST/TF.

That's another way to avoid the burnout. Still, seen one cutscene, seen them all.

My bot-poison went musculature to augment the bots attacks. After seeing what Musculature Radial Core can do in terms of damage, def debuff, hit debuff and end mod, he will be going for that.

Bot trap will likely eventually do the same. Bot/FF will stick with Cardiac.

Bot-storm....dunno yet. Musculature or Cardiac.
Bot-Arrow: Cardiac
Bot-Pain: Cardiac, no point in going Spiritual to augment heals if stamina remains a problem.

Brutes and tanks started with Cardiac but again after seeing what Musculature Radial Core can provide in terms of damage and end mod......now I need to rethink them.

Will all my alts get the very rare? Nah. Certain key alts will, but not all 50. Will all 50 get level shifted? Oh, yes.

To possibly lessen some of the burnout effect, it would be nice if when the menu comes up to set conditions for the TF if there was an option to select to shut off the cutscenes.

Agreed, my quarrel isn't with rerunning the WTF.....it is how many times it must be run.

Yes the Ad was cool. Both that ad and the trailer itself do a nice job of scrubbing away the memory of Viking "thor" from the Hulk Returns TV movie.

I believe it said "Avenger" and the full title will be Captain America: The First Avenger.

TF 3 will be as big a joke as the last two.

Maybe he will be cast as the son of Indy instead of Shia

Also, if you think Batman is harsh or almost like a dictator in how he handles things in Gotham and thinks he's always right....there is a comic character who would make Batman look tame by comparison:

JUDGE DREDD

In that dystopian future the Judges ARE the law, and they are empowered to be judge, jury and executioner and have little to no qualms about deadly force being used. Dredd has been shown to be saving someone being attacked by criminals only to find the person he saved has contraband on them so they all get busted.

There was a Dredd story where the perpetrator was fatally wounded but had vital information they needed so the perpetrator was put into cryo storage until they could be thawed, healed, interrogated and THEN SENTENCED and the display on the cryo vault read Sentence: LIFE. So we are talking about someone who will spend years in cryo awaiting medical advances to save him only to be put in jail for life.

There was a Dredd story where a Cadet judge was interrogating people that had information about a crime, one was the cadet's mother. She wouldn't cooperate and then the cadet said "I'm going to start counting: each number is another year on your sentence, Mom" By the time he counted to three she cracked and talked. Afterwards the cadet sentenced HIS OWN MOTHER to the mandatory 15 years for her crimes plus another 3 for making him count. Dredd then states that anyone who sentences their own mother has the makes of a fine judge.

There's another tale where Dredd and one of his clone brothers are in the lawless lands and head to a wreck of a town where a politician and his aide are going to be hanged for a crime they didn't do. Dredd stops it and they find the real criminals, then take the politician and aide, still bound to another town. in this town the poltician's aide wiped out at least half the town so there would be no witnesses to the politician's scandalous affairs. They were tried in absentee and sentenced to hang. Dredd and his partner helped them get strung up. As they rode away on their Lawgivers, Dredd's partner said "nothing beats a hanging, eh?" Dredd's response "Agreed....as long as it's legal!"


Still think Batman is too harsh? Plus Batman and Dredd have had crossovers and in one of them, Dredd was sentencing Batman and at the end, Dredd wanted to drag Batman back to Dredd's dimension and lock him up. Needless to say, Batman didn't take kindly to that idea and Judge Anderson as I recall was the one that salvaged that situation.

Bruce does fund social programs, the problems I can see are:

1. Is the money being properly used by the people that run the programs?
2. Do the people targeted by the social programs WANT to be helped?
3, Most important of all: Bruce can't be anything other then Batman. Take Batman away from him and there is nothing. Example: in Batman Beyond after he was forced to retire due to using a gun to scare that punk into running away and right into the police, he stopped doing everything else which led to Derek Powers succeeding in taking controlling interest in Wayne Enterprises, and Bruce pretty much sat in his mansion for 20 years until Terry McGinnis came along.

As to Shatner singing....I've heard worse. Ever listen to David Hasselhoff sing? That's more akin to fingernails on a blackboard.

I would rather watch a non stop week long marathon of Galactica 1980, Highlander 2, Star Trek 5, Star Trek Nemesis (easily the two worst trek films, imo), Knight Rider 2000, Knight Rider 2010, and Leonard Part 6 (bad Cosby movie) then seek a new 0 defeat Mo.
