I used to, I found know with all the self Revives and revive others available now(temps, reward, incarnate, combine 3 insps etc). I got to pop it off as soon as possible. Normally I would make a macro to announce to veng when I click it, but with how many times I messed a veng opportunities cause I was too far away before a self revive.
I could make one after I use it though. -

I didn't do the work, I just commissioned the pieces.
Another option is hit up the artist alley at a local comic/anime convention. You can see the examples of the artist work before hand and get pretty good deal. Just bring references of your character with you.
You will meet some great artist.

Your best bet is Deviant Art., You find some talented artists. Some do commissions and are affordable. Sometime it can be 15 buck for a quick sketch. Depend on the artist.

I like to see Psychic melee. My original concept for one of my scrappers is a psi/SR.
I like to see ninjitsu ported over to scrapers and Brutes. -

Turn out Anime Central that weekend, I got to work karaoke there so no go for me. Well, maybe next time or if you guys ever come out to Chicago and do an event. I know some of the convention people out here.

I will never re-roll my main hero Kat/Regen scrapper(too many years invested in him)
I have re-rolled my Main villain(Which is evil twin of my hero) from a Dark/ea brute to a Dual blade/WP brute to better match my original concept of him.
I only re-roll if a new power set better fits my concept
My second oldest scrapper Neone Swift(softed capped MA/SR) would be re-rolled into into Psi melee/psi defense if that ever gets made.

sonic siphon: I would make it have a secondary affect like -regen and -hp but siphons it to your character had an aoe that buffs you team.
liquefy: Lower the recharge(please)
sonic cage:make it a toggle(30second duration)
sonic repulsion:While i do find it useful as a mastermind, This power it way to limited and cost way to much end.
I suggest make it a click Friendly targeted AOE, (it is is supposed to save a a ally with it) It KB any enemy around the ally with a placate effect. -
