That's an awesomely subtle way to try to get an approximate time line on the release of Going Rogue. I approve and would also like an answer.

Gauntlet is useless when soloing.

Drastically reducing the number of runners in any given fight while soloing is useless? -

Certainly the most accurate so far. -

You're not even trying are you? At LEAST follow the rules if you're going to insult me. It's funnier and more clever that way.

PerformanceKing?

PharceKing or PharceKnight, depending on how pretentious he is. Bah, who are we kidding, it's PharceKing. -

Because it takes courage to follow the rules when people are by nature selfish. It takes no courage to make your own and live a selfish life.
[/ QUOTE ]
It takes more courage to break the rules that everyone else follows when you think they're wrong. When you do that, you get called the villain. Maybe the only difference between a hero and a villain is that the hero is the one that won.
As to why Recluse carries a pistol, obviously he's a arachno-thugs Mastermind. Thugs masterminds always have pistols, even if they never use them. -

4. Pull and seperate the healing Nictus from Rommie, beat him the required number of times with squishies diving for cover when he drops.

This is the only strategy that ever seems to work for me. Since I basically only ever do the ITF on a PUG and this is the easiest one to explain. -
You will never find me saying that more costume options is a bad thing. I'm all for this.
-
Stone Melee is a surprisingly effective attack set, too.
-
Wow, someone said the "H" word and the thread has not yet erupted into a series of mindless rants. There have only been a couple so far. Color me impressed.
-
Dual Blades is a very stylish set, but it's also the most complicated melee set, since it has combos, so it might not be best for beginners. Granted, it's still not very complicated, but it is the closest that attack sets get to complicated.
And welcome to Paragon. -
Your problem has nothing to do with fiery melee. It's a very good scranky set, and has options for ST or AoE that are both very effective, and it even has some (minor) range thrown in for good measure. Basically, you can pick what you want to do offensively and fiery melee can do it.
The reason it seems slow is because there are so many powers in the stone armor set that slow your kill speed down in return for great defense. Basically, any set other than stone can feel nice and scranky if teamed with the right secondary.
If you go with stone melee, you are a Tanker. That's it, that's what you do. If you want something with good offensive capabilities, anything that isn't stone can work. I'm personally a huge fan of willpower, since it doesn't slow anything down, has quick recovery, and offers you great no-hassle defense so you can focus on killing rather than staying alive. -

They deal the most amount of Damage, and have the least amount of Hit Points.

I'm fairly certain that this statement is completely false. -

mob = 1 enemy
group= more than one mob

In my experience, this is the common usage. I've never had any communications errors because of the term 'mob' -
It's a solid buff. The only thing that really got nerfed was psionic shockwave, which needed to be nerfed. The entire rest of the set got buffed to make it viable.
-
First; Blizzard is a pet.
Second; I don't have any characters that get to keep killing stuff after getting defeated, I don't think your set should be an exception, especially since the exception that you want does way more than just about any other power that exists.
Third; responding to those flaming you by flaming them never leads to anything good. -

I suggest we call that forum ID "Flatline" when we refer to him/her.

I counter that suggestion with the suggestion that (s)he be called SILP (Siezure Inducing Little Pony) -
Altoholism isn't about quantity; it's a mindset. Whether you have a thousand character concepts that must be made, or a dozen character concepts that must be made, as long as you have character concepts that must be made, you're an altoholic.

Proliferation is very low hanging fruit, but we're really jammed right now and I honestly can't say when we might be able to squeeze in another batch.
[/ QUOTE ]
OMG, this means we're finally going to get an expansion for farmers: Orchard of Heroes
Finally, we get to plant and cultivate trees to provide us with fruit that we can use to make various fruit-based products, which we then must transport across state lines, dealing with villainous tariffs and interstate export laws, finally getting our big payoff when we successfully deliver our products to Paragon City.
I'm totally preordering the OoH expansion as soon as I can! Can I get in the beta? -

...I've made a vow to concentrate on a villain. Except my new BS/Shield scrapper is so fun, and I I like the animation on my dual blades, and my wife needs somebody to play with her new little controller so I should really came up with somebody.......
[/ QUOTE ]
And there it is. That is the attitude that defines an altoholic.
The acts of creating and developing a new character creates a chemical in your brain. This chemical, altohol, effects different people in completely different ways. For some it's entirely unnoticed, and they may not even realize it's being created. For others, it creates a highly euphoric feeling and is instantly addictive.
Nicotine, THC, morphine, heroin, crack, meth... the addictiveness of these drugs pales in comparison to the addictiveness of altohol in the mind of the altoholic. -
Thanks to everyone for suggestions, btw. Keep 'em coming!

Your build looks pretty darned impressive, but concept dictates that she needs to be fire/fire/pyre. Yes, I'm a RPer trying to purple out, weird huh?
-
Can't have too many slots. I'd be happy with this.
-
For single targets I also have scorch well slotted, so that should help.

I agree with Bad_Influence on this one. We should have to pay for the free expansions so they can be cooler...

Nope. Nowhere close.

That was sarcasm.
