I use blinding powder to AS fast moving targets. You need to use it as your jumping into someone. Also its helpful detoggling stormies since they give nin problems. Very useful along with placate for surviving.

I have to mention that after testing with a rad blaster its worth using the dmg/mez HOs in CB. That plus power boost is amazing on squishies.

Hi, Im currently running COH on a mac so I dont have access to mids. Could some please tell me how much defense from sets is needed counting slotted weave and shield powers to soft cap the toon on positional defenses. Thanks ^^
