  2. Would the best slotting for Dominate be 2 acc/dam HO's, 1 Apoc Proc, 1 Glad Jav Proc, 1 Unbreak Proc, and 1 Glad net proc? I am trying to come up with a Mind/Energy Build and have questions about slotting. I was also wondering do I slot Levitate and Power push with 6 Kinetic Crashes each? I like the KB protection from the bonus and the 7.5% increase to recharge.

  4. You might want to try something I did on my Jab (Super Strength) tanker with your Shadow Punch(Dark Melee). That is a power you have to get and I hate being forced into a power because its my first option of my secondary, so I slotted the hell out of it. Well I slotted Jab with 4 Mako's (including the proc), Perfect Zinger Proc and Touch of Death Proc. That power is so fast to recharge and in PvP the base damage an average of 77 and when it all Procs it does 77 + 71 + 71 + 104 = 323. I would assume it would do something simular in PvE with shadow punch. The damage would be less in PvE; however the attack is so fast its damn near a DoT....lol
  5. According to mids (before DR) my DM/SD has darkest night slotted with 3 enzymes and it gives a -16.4% to hit and Touch of Fear slotted with 3 Lyso is -17.6% to hit.... that will be a lot of missing going on there.
  6. They should just increase the number of reputation points in PvP to 1000 and when u hit 1000 u can trade it in for a PvP IO. Then your rep gets removed and start all over.
  7. My buddy AFK PvP IO farmed on a less busy server and started on friday and left for the weekend while his computer was running. He got back on sunday afternoon and got one drop. AFK farming is lame and I told him that is he wants PvP IO's just go to freedom and Kill Steal for fast rep and PvP IO drops. The drop rate still sucks, but atleast you get to kill people in the process.

    They should get a Strength of Will type of tier 9 power. They dont need webnade in the power set and in the epic. Drop one of the webnades and replace it with a Resist Tier 9 power or if they want a defense tier 9 power then give them a Shadow Meld type power that recharges fast but drops even faster.

    P.S. I am a PvPer and I am seeing this from a PvPers point of view.
  9. When Going Rogue comes out will VEATs be able to switch sides also? I seen in the Hero Con clip that mentioned when starting out in Pretoria you can pick one of the 10 AT's and become a Loyalist or Resistance. Well They are 14 AT's that include VEATs and Kheldians in the game. Are the Epic AT's locked in or will they be able to switch side by becoming a Rogue or Vigilante? I tried to search for the answer, but my searching skills are not the greatest.

    I have a clawz on test and it does weak damage and it might be better with Fire Armor since Fiery Embrace adds an additional 80% damage to lethal and u will need the quick heals to last longer.
  11. I just want them to turn off Sudden Death or gives us the option to turn it off. I was on a tank and got one shot by defender 2 seconds before the end of sudden death. (on test)

    TP FOE!!!

    When ever I find out someone is using tp foe I always leave the zone and pick up some oranges. I recently got a tp foe protection proc PvP IO and does it work all the time or does it work some of the time?

    I am interested, but i have a few questions. Sorry if it was mentioned before in another post, but I am at work and dont have time to read all the posts. Will this be on live or test? Will this be like kickball or will we be placed on teams based on skills? How often will we practice and fight? I am very interested and I wouldnt mind PvPing a lot.
  18. I just did a new build on my EM/WP Brute for PvP and got 50.54 hp per second(Before DR) and 2607 hp. Do you think it is a decent start for a pvp build?

    I didnt get RttC since it always detoggles, I didnt get the self rez and i didnt get the highten sense since it has weak defense and didnt need the perception since I was getting Focus accuracy and slotted it with a perception proc.

    New PVP zone

    How about in RV when the last person takes over a Pill Box an option window opens and you get to choose what to turn on or off in the zone (DR, Heal Decay, TS, PvP resist, etc...). It will give the pillbox a better reason to be in the zone.

    Just loaded up on test on my blaster and he has 53.2% KB protection in the arena (DR off) with over slotting for KB and acro (just for testing). Once I entered RV my KB protection went down to 12.2%. That is a big difference.

    The should give banes stalker patrons for the hibernate or shadowmeld or add to the current patons and give them Force of Nature in Mace Mastery and Power Surge in Mu Mastery. I know it would not be the normal 3 min duration for a tier 9 power, but I will be happy for a 2 min tier 9 types power. Its better than nothing.

    Huh? They Mentioned PvP and you mention PvE critters? How would the Devs know that to make the damage for AoE's and PBAoE's different for PvP than PvE if the arena didnt come out until a few issues later?

    Those are terrible changes. I mean, I agree with DPA balancing, but it should've been done at launch and not only to PvP, five years after the game launched.

    Yes but PvP was not out at the launch so they had no idea to change this.

    Give us our own i12 zone or arena setting Lets end the back and forth, those of you who love your i13-14 you pvp their np, i for one would gladly leave your zone and go to one i can have fun with away from this button mashing nonsense we have now.

    Button mashing FTW!!! If players can't beat a button Masher then they should leave the zones anyways.
