You won't need so many slots in fly either, 2x flight speed and 1 end redux does my Scrapper just fine, with RA available or some blues you'll be fine.

Positron is kinda dull TBH, I usually give it a miss on my new toons. Synapse is much more fun! When I did Synapse with my lvl 15 tank, he finshed the TF @ level 19!

I suspect that, with 4 new epic archetypes coming (Avilans, Incarnates, Corolax and Blood of the Black Stream) it's likely the Heroes will get Incarnates, giving 3, and Villains will get the other 3, meaning 3 each. Just my take on it.

Well, with Dark you can floor accuracy, which has already been reduced in pvp to 50% ratehr than PvE's 75%, so I woulcn't discount it.

I hear thyings about SR that make me think 'wow' and then hear things that make me think' oh no'. Stories of scrappers being the last person alive in a team wipe, hitting Elude then proceeding to clear the room before anyone's been able to get back from hospital, and then stories of SR scrappers being pasted by a 4 strong mob of Even level minions. Sometimes it seems to ROCK HARDCORE!, other times it seems really fragile.

There's been a few posts about a BS/Regen build in here, have a look further down. BS rocks, but can be slow and endurance heavy, so you might want to pick up Stamina as well. ALso, don't forget to pick parry and slot for Def buff, it can give you some much needed defence for your squiahy Regen.

Yeah, a definite panic button, but unlike MoG you cans till use Dull pain, blues or greens, and you're existing toggles work with it too. My Scrapper has 3xRes and 3x Recharge.

I've got a Kin/Rad defender, and Fulcrum shift, irradiate Atomic blast is truly gigglesome.
