If you've been reading the Dev Digest at all you'd know that Statesman has said many times they are going thru all missions/zones/etc and customizing all the time for all levels.

Right, to me it seems like something positive that the game will be launched in Europe. It doesn't affect me in the least, except that the game I play is more successful.

I don't get why people are upset over this... The people who choose to play on the European servers have that choice, Europeans that have the US version can stay on the current servers. People who have limited understanding of English can get a game in their language, as well as support, etc in their own native language.

CoH is expanding worldwide which makes the game more successful, which in turn brings in more money for the company. We already get tons of extra stuff right now from this game (Issues, etc), so the more successful this game is, the more stuff we will get, right?


Seems like a pretty positive thing in my eyes. I also think it's pretty friggen kewl that Bridger is taking the time to answer all these questions.

Any chance we'll be able to change Super Group stuff like colours and emblem in the future?

I think The Sims has a lot to do with more females getting into video games... I know it's the first one my girlfriend really started playing (must be 'cause women are so controlling - lol) and now she plays Jedi Academy, Medal of Honor, Battlefield 1942...


And I just got her City of Heroes.

Agreed.

As much as it's gonna suck to have everyone now with different colours, it sucks even more when no one wants to tell you a neat feature that's part of the game, so here it goes:

/bind enter "beginchat <color XXX> <bgcolor XXX> <border XXX>"

Type this in game as you would anything else. Now please note that XXX is the colour you would pick, so if you wanted green text on a back background with a gray border (like my Conduit 2.0 character on Champion) you'd do:

/bind enter "beginchat <color green> <bgcolor black> <border gray>"



So there you have it, the secret has been revealed.
