I don't remember how early it was but yeah they changed it, and now we are back to normal. If only they would see the light and just go back to i12 with a few tweaks suggested by players.

Here are the PVP "changes" for i17:
-It is no longer possible to use Teleport Foe on enemies while they are inside Hospital recovery rooms.
-Dual Pistols (All)/Bullet Rain: Fixed a bug that would cause this power's secondary damage effect to be slightly higher than normal in PvP.
-Dual Pistols (All)/Empty Clips: Fixed a bug that would cause this power's secondary damage effect to be slightly higher than normal in PvP.
-Dual Pistols(All)/Swap Ammo: Fixed a bug that would cause the ammo powers granted to the player by Swap Ammo to not apply if the player was in an environment where temporary powers are disabled.
-You now respawn with full health and endurance when you spawn in a hospital in Bloody Bay, Siren's Call, Warburg, and Recluse's Victory.
The TP Foe one is good news (I guess?) but it's also an indirect semi-nerf to PVP IO farming if you can no longer TP a hero into the vill base in WB. I haven't tested it yet becuase I'm at work. It's not a big nerf but the vill hospital did give IO farmers some protection from griefing at least.
The last one about respawning at full health. Wow! They actually fixed something they broke. Maybe they'll reverse us back to i12 soon...Ow! A pig just flew out of my behind so yeah i12 is on the way back. Finally. -

this is very good news.
The safe zone is in weird spots in WB (didn't get a chance to check SC before I had to head into work.) Villside it's by the zone-in. Heroside it's kind of in-between the zone-in and hero hospital. I don't see why it's in those weird spots. I had my suspicions this may have been another anti-IO farm nerf (by preventing TP foe in a certain area) but based on the positioning in WB I can't see what they are trying to accomplish except maybe to prevent long distance sniping? -
Maybe we're just jumping the gun here. The "new" APP/EPP's might be exactly the same except the devs will just change the names of the powers to reflect new alignments.
Like Blaster APP "Frozen Armor" will have it's name changed to "Evil Frozen Armor" when the blaster switches sides. It would fit the theme of "how can we scroo the playerbase and drive them away from the game even more?" I know I know! Let's make them burn a respec so they can get access to exactly the same powers they already have! Yeah!

I am curious what VEATS new EPP/APP will be when they respec heroside...Frozen Armor on a Fort/Widow stacked with Foresight for 20% elusivity would be interesting in PVP (although that doesn't add up to much of a difference from what I've read in some of the defense threads...) Or maybe hibernate for VEATS? I don't know what their hero equivalent APP would be.

People who grief PVP IO farms come part and parcel with the farm and you are among a half dozen or so who do it. That's just part of the job. I do admit I was irked at how rude you were when I asked you politely not to kill my farm after the first time you griefed it. So much for being courteous. After that, I accepted the fact you were an axehat and moved on
The bottom line is, by disrupting IO farms (of the people who frequent the PVP forums) you have lost helpful advice from me and others.Talk about biting the hand that feeds.
GL HF with your corr and have fun getting farmed in RV on that terribad build. -

No advice in the world will help you to PVP, stick to griefing farms.

Superior invis has no advantage over stealth + stealth IO other than it has no movement penalty. It's good for IO bonuses though (LOTG +rech and Shield Wall for the +HP) if you can fit it in.
I would not skip fitness ever on something that wasn't regen in PVP. -

You are right to call taunt teams lame and you'll get no argument from me about that, but they are a valuable resource to grab a tie when the only other option is a loss.
It would also be lame for the top team in the league to limit the number of taunters because it's a crap lineup. -
