Hey all I just published my main character's origin story to the MA system and I am now looking for feedback I would really appreciate any feedback at all. I have to say I am with you on the melee scrapper thing. I love playing scrappers and Melee, and after many trial and error... error being dead 100+ times. lol I discovered that the best combo for a blapper is Sonic/Energy.

Suggested Primary Powers: Shriek, Amplify, Screech, and Dreadful Wail.

Suggested Secondary Powers: All NRG powers except Boost Range.

Suggested Power Pool Powers: Stealth, Hasten, Super Speed, Hurdle, Health, Stamina, Combat Jump, Super Jump, Acrobatics.

At that point you can choose whatever epic pool you want cause these are all you need, and I find this type of blapper is amazing! Just use Screech, and Shriek for it's disorient, and it's dmg resist debuff on the highest ranked enemy in the group take him out first, and the rest will fall even faster after he's gone from the built up defiance. Also never use AoE's concentrate on one enemy at a time. Slot as you see fit, but I suggest you obviously focus on acc, dmg, and disorient just so you know. I have Disorient Enhc in Screech, and Stun.

Hey all I was just thinking, and I came up with another round type I'd like to see with DP. How about "Charged Rounds" with a -end, and chance to stun effect? I personally think it would be a great addition to the set rounds, and I like stun effects personally.

any other thoughts?

There is an episode 2 as well. 2 I think is better than 1, but both are still fun. Part 1 is ID#3607 I forget #2's arc # but I dont think it's hard to find if you search for it.

Bonus Hint: In the first mission you'll get a surprise guest appreance from your favortie Ancient Romans

How about they change the sound of taunt to be vage real taunt by random. Kinda like "Your mama...", "It's that all you got?"," My grandma hits harder","Did you just touch me!", or "Let's see what you got!" Any sort of short phrase might be nice for a taunt's sound instead.

Storyline to a degree, but what I really want the most of all is the post 50 content. I wanna keep making my main carater as strong as he can I wanna feel super powerful.

I realize that's probably due to technical reasons, so my suggestion would be to get off the fence: Either make them defeatable, or make them standard, non-attackable, non-tab-stealing NPC.

I think they should try and make a way so that only enemies that pose a threat are targeted through tab, and anything that is not a threat is excluded so that you can still target the items and citizens manually, but they will be excluded froim the tabbing feature. I did take notice that the Vault in the Mayhem Missions by glitch or not cannot be selected by just hitting tab even if it is the only attackable object on the screen, so hopfully this could be a good fluke that they can use for other things.

The problem is that this isn't a comic. This is an MMOG based on the comic book genre.

Trivial content (no matter what you title it) is boring in the long term.

And you would enjoy Burning 3 minions (for the poster above) if those 3 minions presented a challenge (tough fight) and reward (XP) equivelant for that challenge.

Or did you just want to spend a year or so annhilating 50 minions at a clip at L50? Because these guys want to keep you in this game for a year or more if possible.

Well this also may be just me but I personally find the lvl range of 1-20 the most boring and truly enjoy the 20+ a lot better. I play my 50's more often than I play any of my lowbies. and I have to say if I do make a lowbie I never play him at all unless he gets a PL to at least 14 but still dont enjoy him til his 20's. so what if it's the SO's or not. I agree on this one fact taking on 3 white minions IS boring, and I have been w/ this game for a long time, and I have 5 50's now, but if the lvl 50's start having trouble w/ 3 white minions, then thats it for me.

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - The True Evil


We rejoin our heroes just stepping out of the portal, just as a scientst walks up to them and informs them that Tina has an urgent message for them and they must go see her immediately. Med and the others rush off to go see her. When they reach Tina, Med immediately asks her, "Whats going on? one of the scientists said you had some urgent news for me." Tina responds back, "That is true we have found where the source of that Dark Spirit has headed." Med anxiously replies, "Really? Hurry you must tell me, where is it heading?" Tina answers, "This is bad really bad, it has not tried to go for Statesman. Instead it has used our portals to go for Tryant, Statesman's evil half and should your Dark Spirit merg with him he will be unstoppable. Tryant is pure evil and will not pose any resistance to the spirit, it will take him over in no time. You must stop it." Tina hands some documents to Doc then states, "This is the coordinates to get to Tryant, Dr. Cobalt, you must enter them in to the portals computer to get there." Doc replies, "Yes mam." They quicly dashed to the portal and Doc has entered the coordinates, and they all take a deep breath and walk in to the Portal.

When our heroes come out the other side they walk in to a massive room with lava pits to either side of the room, and a throne in the center Statesman himself had been captured by Tryant. Med then puts on the reticle originally dropped by Statesman to find the Dark Spirit. Med gets a good look around the room w/ the reticle and so far it seems to be all clear even Tryant has not been affected by the Dark Spirit yet. Med starts looking frantically for any sign of the spirit, but nothing. Suddently Belse lets out a little smirk, and mutters under his breath, "Here it comes, finally we will be done w/ this my warrior will finally be ready." Just then Med sees a huge black mass come bursting out from behind them no one else sees it. Med sees it head straight for Tryant, and he bolts across the room toward the dark spirit. Just as the spirit is about to enter Tryant, Med pushes him out of the way and then the spirit enters Med again. Tryant in a furuois rage starts Beating down on Med and just then Med himself is fighting the Dark spirit within him. TKO yells out, "Med! Noo I'm coming" and TKO dashes toward Tryant to get him off Med. Tryant begins to beat on TKO, but TKO is holding his ground well his swift kicks are pushing him back and Tryant cant dmg him enough before he regens it back.Doc and Xen are not far behind they rush in to help TKO, but Belse just sits back and watches. Med is on the ground obviously Fighting the spirit within him.

Within Med's subconsious he appears before the Dark Spirit, and just then the Spirit takes form, it turns itself in to an exact replica of Med. Med yells out in a furious rage, 'How could you?!? I Wont let you get away with what you have done to so many innocent people. My family my King, My Queen, Everyone. You will pay! Your terror ends Now!" Suddenly by Meds surprise the Dark Spirit actually responds in Med's own exact voice, "Oh really? do you really think it ends here? well I have news for you, not only if you kill me here millions of people will just drop dead, but from what I have discoverd through my millions of ears I have around the city now and other places. You have a much bigger problem of your own to deal with, but believe me this may be the end for me, but it's just the begining for you." The Spirit smiles then quickly dashes towards Med and Med quicly fights back. Med thinks to himself, "How do I defeat him now? hes within me how am I supposed to destroy him once and for all." Just then Med remembers his home town, the children playing, the adults chatting it up, people coming together to help one another, and they families he had proted for years. Just then the Spirit weakened and fell to one knee. Med then started beating on him. Med thought just then, "So thats your weakness, huh? the good things people do for each other, and the nobility in my heart and soul." Just then the spirit started to fade.

Back in the real world after a long battle with Tryant everyone is now huddling over Med waiting for any signs of life to restore from him. Suddenly Med's eyes opened with what looked like dark flames his body levitated off the floor a dark arura grew around him. Then suddenly Med blew up in a huge black explosion, and then Med's body just falls to the floor. His eyes barely open to the sight of TKO, Doc and Xen hovering over him, and Med just smiles and tells them, "I guess I was never really alone." Just then Belse starts walking towards Med, and says, "Well...well...well, you think your getting away that easy from me? Well it just so happens I know something you dont. you see, back when you slaughtered your home town your soul was getting judged even then." TKO says, "Whats that supposed to mean?" Belse responds, "Whats that mean?!?... Whats that mean?!? what are you a dimwit?!? What remains of his soul is mine, and I have the perfect job for him." Med in his weakened condition replies, "No you cant do that I had planned to join my family, My friends, and Lucy everyone I know. They are waiting for me you cant do this." Med begins to weep in sorrow. Belse replies, "Oh but I can, and I will, you will be mine to command for all eternity. You will kill for me you will hunt for me you will take the lives of many in my name and you shall never see your precious Lucy ever again." Just then Med dies, and Belse walks towards him. TKO rushes towards him and starts to try and fight him off but to no use. Xen uses everything she has to stop him, but nothing. Belse materializes a huge sword of fire and with one clean swipe knocks everyone out of the way. Belse walks up to Med's body and carries him off.

Med wakes up in a prison there is a riot going on many prisoners are trying to escape. He is confused and asks around about whats going on. one Prisoner responds, "It's a jail break Arachnos is breaking prisoners out of jail." Med asks him, "But wait how did I get here?" Prisoner responds, "How didn't you get here? Haha your the famous Mayhem's Ressurection. What havant you done? There are rumors that the one and only Demon Lord Belsebubb had brought you back from death to do his bidding." Med replies, "What?!?" Med suddenly flashes back to the events that happened in Tryants lair, then lets out a huge wail.

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - A Knight to Remember


We find our heores sound asleep inside the tent, in the middle of the night. Med tosses and turns to the sound of crackling from a campfire outside. He peeks just out the tent to find Xen and Doc sitting next to each other talking and giggling. Med realizes that no one is even in the tent sleeping anymore. He starts to looks around the area for Belse and TKO. He finds TKO sitting up top the rock still, and Belse is nowhere to be found. Med then starts to stare at Doc and Xen and a tear comes across his face. He looks back at TKO and then he sit back in the tent to think. He starts to think of hid past, about his people , and his quen and how Xen reminded him of his queen, and how he wanted to protect her, but failed. He thought about how he started to like Xen's company in his battle and for that moment in that tent he felt alone.

Just then a star starts to wander about in the sky. It starts toward the Tent where Med is sitting. he is startled by the light that has just entered the tent, but he quicly realizes this light seems to be taking the for of a woman of some kind. The form comes clearer to Med he realizes it was Lucy the woman who had for so long taken care of him in his past. Tears start rolling down his eyes even more as he starts to try and reach out for her, but w/ no luck she is a ghost. Med says to her, with tears running down his eyes, "Lucy? is that really you? She respoinds back, "Yes Willaim it is me, and for so long I have been trying to protect you." She reaches out her and and also attempts to caress his face. Lucy continues, "Will, you must listen to me, this Dark Spirit it has become too strong, you can stop it but it will require you to take your own life. you must use the part of the Spirit you've contained within you to merge with it and destroy it's very essence." Med asks, "But what of my soul will I be able to join you? Will I be able to see you and everyone I have lost? or am I doomed to be alone in this strange time forever? Belse talks of people having souls completely ereased will that happen to me?" Lucy comforts Med and says "Where ever your soul has been judged to go it will go and you have lead a very good life, William, I dont see you not joining us in the afterlife, but it is true you must hurry or your sould could be gone forever. However cause of your good hearted nature I think you can hold out, because it feeds off peoples evil nature within, but you william have none."

Med looks at Lucy and continues to cry, he asks her, "How is everyone? is everyone ok? what are they doing now?" Lucy replies, "most everyone is fine, but there were a good deal of people like here that have had their souls just destroyed they no longer exsist, in this lifetime or anyother." Med sobbingly replies, "Well then I must protect Xen then I must get her home it's dangerous here I cant let the same fate to befall her kindom as it did mine should some piece of this spirit even follow her back." Lucy responds, "Listen Will she'll be fine dont worry about her once you stop the essence of the spirit all parts of that spirit inhabited by others or not will just vanish. So just complete your quest and all will be good again." Med responds, "fine then Belse was right we must hurry." Med stands up and just then Lucy says, "Wait stop it's ok you need your rest, sleep now, and remember I'll be here for you when your time comes." Med sits back down and says, "Fine, and Lucy?" She responds, "Yes Will?" Med answers, "I dont wanna be alone no more." A tears still coming across Med's eyes and Lucy responds back, "Dont worry Will we will be together again soon." Med smiles and lays back down.

Morning arises and Med sits back up and streaches. He quicly walks out of the tent to find Xen and Doc asleep in from of the fire they had created overnight burned out, and TKO also asleep up on the rock. Med yells out, "Ok Guys! Time to get up we must hurry, and where is belse for crying out loud he hasant been here all night." the other start to wake up TKO wakes up as well and shouts back to Med, "Hey Med, I think I see him. Theres like a ball of fire in the middle of that pack of wolves there." Med replies, "Yup, thats gotta be him" They start heading over to the other huge rock to see whats going on. they walk up to the pack of wolves which seems to be dwindling fast as they finally reach there Belse yells out, "Oh of course you come to help now, now that all the work is done, sheesh I was wonder when you guys were actually gunna get off your [censored] and help, but no need now it's done now lets get the hell out of here we are in a hurry." Med for once agrees w/ Belse and then they all head back to the portal where they came from....

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - Part 5 - A Dimension Apart

We re join our Heroes on a small Island now where evil has just run rampant enemies of extreme power fighting each other and any hero that comes in their way here. This Island is called Peregrine Island, as one of the locals seems to have called it. our last contact has informed us that we are close to our ultimate goal of finding the one they call Statesman the one that our Hero fought in the past that had extracted the dark spirit from him long ago. If the dark spirit posses this powerful hero there will be no way to stop it. Our heroes finally make it through Peregrine to reach a massive Complex called "Portal Corp." we were told our next contact is here by the name of Tina Macintyre. The courtyard is huge and we ask around where we can find Tina, and they are pointed to the middle building just outside the doors.

They walk up to Tina and Med starts off w/ an introduction, "Hi, my name is Willaims. I have been told that you have information I need on the dark spirit that has inhabited so many people here." Tina responds back, "Yes, I can help you, but first I have to have you take care of a few problems we are having." Med a little frustrated replies, "Ugh, you also? why does everyone want me to solve all their problems? Cant you just tell me where I need to go?" Tina answers, "I'm sorry sir this is urgent business and as a regeitered Hero you must adhere to the city's safty needs." Med sighs, and agrees, "This is true, that is what I'm here for I just had no Idea that this city has gotten so bad since what I remember it. So what do you need?" Tina explains, "There is an Arch Villain plotting against the Citizens of Paragon his name is Shadowhunter. he has an army of wolves at his command you must stop him by defeating all the villains in that dimension." Med, shocked from what she said says, "Dimension?!? What are we dealing w/ here?" Tina answers, "You must go now, but I have assigned a fellow physicist to accompany you on your journey to answer your questions and help you along the way cause time is a factor here, now go."

The group Proceeds inside the building where they are met by a man in a lab coat. Med Immediately asks, "ok that Tina person said something about going to another Dimension, whats that all about?" The man responds sarchastically, "Well, nice to meet you too, if it matters to you my name is Dr. Cobalt, and yes we have achieved technology advanced enough to create a portal that when adjusted can be used to transport beings such as ourselves to anywhere in an instant." Med replies, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to be rude, my name is Sir Willaims, I am also known as MedievalMayhem. Now you say these portals are capable of sending us anywhere? Like lets say our good friend Xen here shes is lost from another world and needs to return to her kindom, is that possible?" Doc answers, "Yes it's quite possible." Xen lets out a slight smile towards Doc, and giggles. Med turns to Xen and cheerfully explains, "You hear that Xen? you can finally go home. Back to your kindom and those that look up to you." Med notices the expression in Xens face and is a little perplexed by her silence, but after a short time she finally states, "You know I dont have go right this minute and I can still tag along to help you guys out." Med responds slightly confused in her answer, "Uh, ok sure I guess we'll need all the help we can get when we finally face the dark spirit." They finally proceed in to the portal.

They come out of the Portal in to a vast forrest and a huge rock to their left. TKO says to the others, "hey guys, I bet I can get a good look of the area from up there." and TKO start climing up the cliff. Med and the others say, "Wait for us!" and Med also starts to climb, but Xen suddly just flys on up there carrying Doc, chatting and giggling along the way. Med all tired and out of breath after reaching the top looks at those two w/ a slightly increasing degree of jelousy, but says nothing. Belse hangs out at the bottom and tells the others, "Hey I'm just gunna start hurding these guys up looking is just wasting our time." Belse runs off for a bit. At the top they all look around and notice that just as Tina said the world is full of wolves. Med states, "Damn this is gunna be a long while why dont we set up camp for the night here and start in the morning?" everyone agrees, and Doc as prepared as he is pulls out a tent and starts to put it up just on the ground under the rock. and they fall asleep...

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - Part 4 - The Fight for the Right

The three of them at their latest contact, has become a little more maipulative, and he has them running his little errands around town and stopping his little problems with people. Now he wants them to check out a private underground arena, where there are Illegal no holds barred matches going on, that are keeping our poor contact up all night. They walked up to a nearby warehouse where he said should be the enterence to this underground arena. They knocked on the door, then they heard through the door "Do you have an appointment?" Med thought to himself this couldn't be the place they dont do appointments at a place that does fights. Belse angerly stated "He wants a password [censored]." Med said "Oh, i see now, well whats the password then?" Belse getting more angry stated "I have no time for this [censored]!" then the door and the guy behind the door just burst in to flames, and the door just fell in to ash. Med yelled "God, Belse what are you doing? you cant just go around sacrificing people, quite possibly innocent people at that." Belse replied "Duh I know the rules to my own job thank you, but just like the others his soul has been erased so he was free pickings, I cannot sacrifice people that still have their souls because they need to go through judgement." Med, a little confused replied "Oh..... well... Stop it!" Xenadra giggled and stated, "Gee quite a big shot talking to the one and only Belsebubb like that, huh?" Belse Scoffed and replied, "Ya he's got balls now, let me just say this you are lucky you still have your soul even with that little dark spirit still in you" Med smiled and shrugged it off as the 3 of them went in and began to search around.

They split up in search for clues, as they search Med finds a secret passage in the floor of the warehouse, he calls everyone over to him as he lifts the opening to the passage leading to a staircase going down. They proceed down the staircase to find the massive arena filled with thousands of people and they were chanting, "T.K.O......T.K.O.....T.K.O" Med thought to himself "This TKO must be the crowd favorite." They continued down the arena they got right up to the ring where the fight was taking place, and we began to observe the fight. The fights here were malicious beatings the one who seemed to be winning Med could only assume was the TKO they were chanting for the win. He had many battle scars and wore an eyepatch, he had 1 robotic arm as well was clear that we was quite an excellant fighter. The match raged on and TKO was laying on a massive beating to the unknown fighter. The unknown fighter was at his last breath Med couldn't watch this beating no more he had to step in to stop the beating. Med begins to step over the guard rail, as soon as he gets 1 foot over he is stoped by someone who seems to be a part of the staff for the underground arena. The man asks, "Excuse me, what do you think your doing?" Just as Med is about to answer the man bursts in to flames, Med turns to Belse then he responds "What?!?" then he points to his wrists as if he had a watch on it. Med responds "Belse Please! I'm trying to stop death not cause it."

Med Steps in to the ring and he announces to everyone, "Quite Everyone, Quite Down Please! I have recieved a noise complaint and I'm sorry but I have to shut you guys down now everyone proceed to your homes and watch the legal fights on your TV thank you." The crowd began to boo and hiss they looked very angered a riot seemed to be brewing. Just then Xenadra began to consentrate, Med knew what was coming and just laughed. Suddenly everyone just fell asleep where they stood, except one. Just then Med was slapped on his back with the one known as TKO right behind him TKO stated, "Hey buddy your interrupting my match I've been looking for a worthy rival for ages and now you just wanna stop it all just like that?" Med wispers to Xen, "I think you missed one." Xen replies,"Uh well I dont miss I for some reason cant seem to put him to sleep." Med responds, "Oh." TKO begins taunting, "Hey Mr. Big Shot you wanna stop the fights? then fine your gunna have to prove yourself to me, come on lets fight." Med replies "If it will put an end to this, then fine I'll fight you."

They move in and shake hands then move back again to opposite corners, TKO taunts, "You ready, Big Shot?" Med replies, "Well good luck, my friend." TKO was kinda surprised at his response, and continues to taunt him, "Well then lets see what you got eh Big Shot?" Med responds, "Oh by the way my name is Williams, but people around here seem to know me as MedievalMayhem, I personally don't like the name cause it's the opposite of what I do, but I seemed to have grown acustomed to it." TKO slightly confused again just replied, "Whatever lets just do this... Ding! now go!" They proceed to the center of the ring, TKO seemed to be a master of the Martial Arts his kicks were fast, but Med dodged each kick with ease. Finally Med threw in some punches then TKO quickly fell to his knees and said, "Whoa Whoa Whoa, what happened?" Med replied "What?" TKO answered "Your punches they seem to hinder my vision." Med explains "I'm sorry, I have some sort of a dark power within me I dont yet know how to control it yet, but I'm so far glad it has not controlled me yet." TKO begins stalling Med with conversation while his vision comes back, and just then he does a massive kick to Med. He falls to his knees and while out of breath he replies, "Gee that was a cheap blow" TKO replies, "I call that my Dragon's Tail" and he laughs. Med struggles back to his feet and the fight continues. Med doges every attack with his super reflexes, but as he hits TKO it seems to affect him, but he just seems to recover from each hit really fast. The match roared on for hours then Med decided to try to hit him so fast that he would not be able to recover the hits in time. Med's punches began to be lightining quick the dmg finally seemed to be greater than TKO could bear, and just then TKO falls.

Med asks, "So now you gunna stop the fights?" TKO struggles up and replies, "Ya ya ok you win, nice match Mr. Mayhem you didn't seem to have it in you." Med replies, "Please call me Med, and thank you I was the sworn protector of this fair city once, but that was long ago but now my job still stands and this city is in danger so I must protect it from the evil spirit." TKO responds, "and hey even with all that taunting i did you dont get very angry do you? Man you must have nerves of steel. Tell you what I got nothing left here then mind if I tag along? I may be able to help" Med responds, "Sure, the more the merrier." They jump down from the ring to find Xen asleep on the chairs, and Belse sitting there looking pissed as usual. Belse states, "Damnit Med, Do you have any idea of how much time you wasted? we are on a tight schedual you know, I mean while your here dilly dallying that spirit is getting more souls that could be mine." Belse continues to rant as TKO and Med just pick up Xen and carry her out and Belse follows close behind.

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - When Visiting The Underworld Please Knock

Mayhem on his way to a secluded cavern with a lead given to him by his latest contact, with Xenadra by his side he begins to think to himself what the contact has informed him of the Circle of Thorns. They are an evil group summoning demons from the firey underworld it self. His contact told him that if he dont stop this particular portal from opening another great evil may very well walk this earth, and so I must stop this from happening simply because if the dark spirit which seems to be an independant entity may very well take over an even more evil power than that which I feard.

As Xenadra and I reached this cavern our hearts raced in fear what what we may very well meet in these caverns. We heard from the local news papers and escaped victims of the Circle of Thorns of the horrible rituals they go through to open these portal. They require sacrifices of innocent citizens to open the portal to the underworld, for their spirits sacrifice help open the gateway. Lately, the rituals have been failing a lot as if the peoples spirits weren't going to the underworld as if they're spirits were already gone. This puzzled Mayhem why are they're innocent civilians around without any spirit of their own, and where did it go?

They both fought very hard through the maze of passages through the cavern it took hours with no results. Then finally after a long exploration of the cavern they noticed an unheard of amount of demons and knew that they must have been getting close, but if there were so many demons already perhaps they were too late and the portal was open already. Mayhem knew he has to be quick but knew that this many demons would be just too much for him he knew he had to do something quick or else we would both be doomed. Suddenly Xenadra looked as if she was consentrating really hard the suddenly the mob just suddenly stopped attacking. He was amazed with the amazing power she had to control them, he never knew she had such powers. She pleaded Mayhem to hurry and defeat them cause she couldn't hold them forever, and he snapped out of his shock and proceded to pounce on the demons.

Almost hundreds of demons later they finally reached the portal, and they're fears were true the portal was open already and spewing out many demons over and over. Xenadra tried w/ all her might and held every demon in the room and Mayhem moved up to the Portal and proceeded to destroy it. The portal seemed very sturdy and very tough to destroy. after a long period of damaging the portal it finally was about to be destroyed, but Xenadra suddenly fainted the stress of all the demons was too much and the holds were released. Suddenly Mayhem found himself face to face with hundreds of demons, and reacting as fast as he could he did a massive backflip on to the top of the portal, in hopes of not to be over taken by so many of them. Mayhem moving as fast as he could doged every one of the fire balls hurled at him, but just then another huge demonic figure stepped out of the portal and yelled to the demons, "Stop!" and they listened. Mayhem thought to himself, "Belsebubb?"

After the demons stopped and he was out of the portal, he destroyed the portal himself, a giant sword of fire seemed to materalize in his hand, and he used to destroy the portal. After the fact the demon lord himself started toward the fainted Xenadra, and Mayhem acting as fast as he could, and for sure that wasn't slow, he leaped between the two of them and yelled at him, "What do you think you are doing?!?!" Belse responded "I need a sacrifice, Get out of my way!" Mayhem refused, "No you will not take her! I will not let you!" Belse scoffed back, "Well in due time, it will happen, but I am here to help you on your quest." Mayhem replied, "Why do you wanna help us?" Belse answered, "Well it seems that this dark spirit that you are after are not just possessing people they are completely eraseing peoples souls, and if no one has any souls, I'm basically in a sense 'Out of Business'." Mayhem asked, "Why should we help you?" Belse getting angy at the tought of a mere mortal even thinking he is in any way needing his help shouted back at Mayhem, "Did I say I needed your Help?!?! I told you I am here to help you! If you suceed the balence betwenn good and evil will be restored." Mayhem got a little frightened by his reaction but if he was here to help me why complain. He accepted his help and thanked him for it.

They proceeded out of the cavern, and Mayhem carried Xenadra out on his shoulders. Belse thought to himself as they exited, "Yes, when this is all over HIS, sacrifice will be plenty worthwhile."

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - First Time Hero

Back in Medieval times two dark figures can be seen discussing their plot. One of the dark figures is a tall person with spider like arms attached to his back, and the other just seems to be a civilian. The person with the spider like arms says to the civilian "Thank you for you help everything worked as planned, but i did hope that the dark essance stayed in that Sir Williams long enough for complete possession. This will only be a minor set back i'm sure, now lets return back to the Isles." The civilian replies "Yes my lord, we must hurry the portal can't be kept open much longer." The civilian suddenly seemed to be changing, he had transformed in to a dark squid form and flew off after his lord.

Returning to presant day Paragon, Galaxy City a portal seemed to open up as if out of nowhere and sudendly a man seemed to have run out of the portal. He was wearing medieval breast plate and had some kind of reticle on his eye. Some of the more brave citizens went up to the man and asked where he came from. He explained "I am Sir Williams, I am from the Kindom of Paragon. I ran through this portal after a strange man.", and before he could continue quite a few of the citizens who knew their history yelled out "Oh my god! Its the legandary murderer of medieval times 'Medieval Mayhem'! Quick everyone run for your lives!" Williams heart sank as he heard that, he knew that perhaps he sould try to explain, but the people didn't wanna listen they just ran in panic. With no other choice he had to ignore the cries of the people and just move on he had to stop the spirit.

Examining the reticle he tries to discover how to get it to work. He spends hours trying to figure it out while being careful not to damage it in any way cause it just might be the only way for him to find this spirit. Then finds a switch, It says "ON" in small writing, then he slaps himself in the head thinking, "I'm stupid." Now with the reticle working he places it over his eye and gasps in horror. It seems that the spirit has just about taken over everyone in the city. The ones that are fully possessed are commiting a vast amount of crimes the ones who have not been fully possessed are acting like ordinary citizens, he assumes until the spirit takes hold. I have to find the main host spirit and he feels deep within him that none of these spirits are it. The part of the spirit he has trapped within him seemes to give him a sense that knows if the spirit is near by, cause he felt it just after the spirit exited his body and before it went through the portal. As it seems though he has a lot of work ahead of him to find the spirit.

He knows that the spirit must be trying to find the most powerful person in the city so that he could destroy it. So he went to the first person who didn't seem to run from him, a person who doesn't know about his history, and asked "Hello sir, do you know who is the protector of this city?" The citizen relpied "I dont know we have many here.", williams asked "then do you know the head protector? The citizen replied back "Well I can try and help you I'll have to call a few of my contacts but I am busy right now. I'll tell you what though the skulls around here have been a problem for me. Go. Hunt. Kill Skuls. Then mabye when your done i'll have something for you, OK?" Williams was confused but had no other choice but to accept most people ran from him and it was the only lead he had, so off he went.

In his hunt he suddenly ran in to a slender woman in red tights, She seemed to be crying. Williams waked up to her, hoping that she wouldn't run in terror as well, and he asked her "Whats wrong, my dear?" she trembled before Williams, and he thought to himself "This is going to be difficult," he sighed and continued asking, "I guess, perhaps, you know of my past?" She finally replied "No, I dont know who you are, but I am here all alone, and I have lost my champion. He was supposed to be here to protect me, but he has never returned." Williams replied "At least we got one thing in common we are here alone and dont know who we can trust." As Williams gazed at her, he was feeling a sense of familiarity with her. Then it hit him "She looks just like my queen, who I am sworn to portect!" Williams knew from that point on he had to protect her it just felt right to him. To know what he might be up against he needed to know about her past, so he asked "So where is it you are from again?" Williams heard her say, "I am not of this world I some how got teleported here and since then I have been in search of a way to get back to my home world with my champion. My people need me."

Williams shocked to hear the news of the woman from another world questioned, "Another world? Your people? So you are queen of this other world?" She responded, "Yes I am their beloved Queen Xenadra, and I must find my way home they need me." Williams thought to himself, "I knew there was something about this woman she is a Queen as well now it is clear I must help her it will make me feel better about what happend to my people if i help save hers." So Williams suggested to her, " I'll you what your highness Xenadra help me with my quest and along the way we will attempt to find a way to get you home, ok?" She reluctantly responded, "But, what of my champion? he promised to meet me here?" Williams comforted her by stating, "I promise after we find a way to get you home we will find your champion and bring him along." She finally agreed to tag along with Williams so they set out to finish the task at hand.

Once all the required skulls gang members had been vanquished by the duo, they started back to the contact for their next lead on the case. They both knew that this road shall be tough one, but that their time and patience would eventally pay off.

Next mission "Kill 10 Hellions"
Williams: "Oh come on!!!!!"

The Legend of Mistress Mayhem


One day a young woman, by the name of Lucy, was hid in fear in a bush just out of town cause she could not believe the one man sworn to protect the Kindom of Paragon, and the one man she secretly admired, could turn so evil. She repeated to herself "Why my love, why would a noble knight such as yourself do such things to us, What went wrong?" She glimpsed out of the bushes from which she was hiding to spot Sir Williams standing there gloating over the havoc which he had created. She was crushed to see him like this, she was torn between her feelings and didn't know what to feel.

Suddenly a portal had opened up before her. She gasped and ducked back in to the bush then tried her best to look through the bush, and caught a glimpse of a tall man in red white and blue tights. The man approached Sir Williams and fought with him, and she could do nothing but watch. She wanted the man in tights to stop him but she pleaded to herself for the man not to kill him. As the battle raged on and a victor was about to be claimed her heart raced as it seemed the man was about to finish off Sir Williams with some strange device, but suddenly a black entity had come out of Sir Williams and quickly raced toward her. Her heart was racing faster and faster she knew somehow this was the cause of all the acts of cold hearted murder that her true love did, but now she was terrified the the same fate would befall her. The entity though went in to the portal instead and completely missed her. A tear broke from her eye in relief she thought mabye the horror was over, mabye it would just be gone forever. Then she saw the man and Sir Williams follow the spirit in the portal, but sir Williams seemed to have picked something up before going in but she could not see what it was. Being that she has nothing left here and little time before the portal closed again she dased for the portal thinking to herself "I'm not going to lose you again my love, I will find what had hurt you and make things right again.

As she finally came out the other end of the portal she landed on a slender metal beam very high up but did not know where she was. Her eyes were focused on the ground too scared too move clenched on the beam. As she finally got the courage to stand on it she saw the people on the ground pointing and gasping, and with all her courage and balence she saw a bright light coming very fast and by the peoples actions she knew this was very bad. People were shouting "Jump!", so with all her remaining strength she did....

She regained consiousnes in a stange lab her eyes were still closed she was too worried to open them so she just listened to the scientsts. "Professor did you have to give her original memory back we dont want any mishaps with any more of our 'Heroes of Tomorrow' program," said a Crey agent, and the scientist replied "Yes sir i'm sorry but we still havent perfected the A.I. coding yet and in order to simulate actual human feelings we need to keep their own memories and feelings." She was thinking to herself "oh my god what did these people do to me?" The scientist stated "If you want her to be a hero you need to sign her up at the Hero Corps, Did you yet?" The Crey agent looked at his papers and replied "Ya, I did based on her records we wanted to call her Medieval Mayhem, but apparently that was taken already, so then we juat called her Mistress Mayhem," the scientist replied "Really? so who got that name?" the agent answered "Someone who just calls himself Sir Williams." She quickly opened her eyes and yelled "Sir Williams!" the agent and the scientist jumped back in shock to see her awake already. She started to become frantic yelling " Where is he? How can i find him? Get these straps off me!" As she struggled her body became engulfed in flames burning the straps off her, and just ran out of the room in searh of him saying to herself "I will find you, I'm not losing you again." The scientist stated "Mabye fire was not a good idea as a power?", and the agent just lowers his head and says "You'd think you would have learned that by now."

The Legend of Medieval Mayhem - The Begining


Once upon a time there was a Knight named Sir Williams, he was a very loyal knight to to King John, and was beloved by all the people in the Kingdom of Paragon. The knight would go around doing good deeds to the people of Paragon, and if there was any evil actions he was sure to put a stop to it. Paragon citizens were happy by the kings rule and delighted by the way The knight has kept the peace in Paragon, til one day...

It was a peacful day in Paragon all appeard well there was no crime all day, and the villagers were happy. The people had nothing to fear thanks to me, Sir Williams' excellent work at keeping the peace. The day was winding down no crime had been reported at all and I felt that I would finally be able to rest without worries. So I undressed and went off to bed thinking today was a special day.

Suddenly there was a crash of lightning, and rain started pouring as Will went to shut the window he could see a light in the distance, it was a messanger riding with a lamp. His heart raced as he knew it was bad news by the speed at which the messanger was riding, so he quickly threw on his armor grabbed his sword and hurried out to meet the messanger.

Once outside with the messanger, he all out of breath tried to explain exitedly that there was another knight, a Dark Knight riding around slaughtering people for no reason. Will gave a pat on the messangers back and assured him that he will take care of the threat. The messanger praised the knight as he rode off to stop the Dark Knight.

Will rode as fast as he could towards the Dark Knight's location, but when he got there the knight had already ridden off he asked the few surviving civilians which way the dark knight went, then rode off after him. Will rode through the woods as fast as he could he kept in my mind the sights of the poor civilians that were massacred in the brutal attack, after each civilian that went through his head he tried to race even harder after the knight.

After riding for about an hour Will came to a big field and saw the knight on his horse appearing to be celebrating the havoc caused in the small town. He glared at the Dark Knight and screamed, "How could you? How could you kill so many innocent people, and their children? You will pay for this you animal!" The Dark Knight with strange glowing fists of fire tauted Will to attack, and in a drunken rage he did.

The battle roared on for hours, their swords clashed, sparks flew, and they were sweating profusely. The Dark Knight would swing but could not hit Will, he was too fast for him, he dodged and weaved every attack. The Dark Knight, with a look of frustration, threw his sword to the ground and punched Will srtaight in the gut and it caused him to loose some of his vision for some time he could not explain the feeling. He was able to get back his sight and started to dodge his attacks again for even though his punches were srtong I was very nimble and quick.

Meanwhile.... In Paragon City Present Day

In a lab in Atlas Statesman, The Security Chief, and a Professor are standing talking about the startling increase in crime in Paragon City.

Statesman says "What have you called me for?" The Security Cheif explains that there is some kind of dark spirit that seems to be the cause of a lot of strange behavior that is shown in most of the villians in Paragon City. The security cheif and the Professor guide statesman to a holding area where the have a captured Hellion. The Professor hands him a small reticle and says "Here put this on, look at that Hellion, and tell me what you see." Statesman puts on the reticle, looks, and describes "There is a strange black aura around him and it appears to be originating from his heart." The professor explains that all villians in paragon are possesed by this strange spirit, even some heroes but those with a strong heart can surpress it, and those who are possesed dont know they are til the spirit has taken complete control.

The security cheif explains to Statesman the he needs to go back in time to stop this spirit from growing to what it is today. The Professor proceeds, "If the spirit inhabits a body for longer than a week the person will become permanantly possesed, and if the spirit inhabits the person for only a short period of time the effects of the spirit can be surpressed with a strong heart. The spirit thrives on evil acts thus becomes stronger as time passes with more people doing evil deeds." They take Statesman to a portal and explain that this portal will take him back in time to the first known case of the evil spirit's possesion. Statesman puts on the reticle and proceeds throught the portal as the people in the lab wave him off and wish him luck.

Back in Medieval Times.... The Knights are wearing down and someone is about to be declared victor.

The Dark Knight said to Will as he was kneeling on the ground out of breath, "Face it you will never win, my powers are too great for you to handle." He was just about to bury his sword in Will's skull when he quickly dodged and took his sword and brought him to the ground. He stood one foot on his chest sword pressed to his chest and he said to him, "You will not be taking another soul on my watch! This is where your terror ends once and for all!" Will removed his helmet and his own so he could see who he was but Will didn't recognize him, and as he was about to finish the Dark Knight, but Will could see a change in his face he looked less pale than before. He suddenly began to plead, " Wait! Please! I'm not what you think I am!" He sounded different and like he was truthful but Will could not let him get away with what he did so he felt it was too late for pleading now, and he finished him once and for all.

Will didn't realize this right away, but hidden deep within his heart he felt he may have done something wrong, someting was not right why did he suddenly plead for his life near the end there. It was as if he was a completely different person, as if the person he was before had left him, and if so where did he go?...

Will went back to the castle to get some well deserved sleep, and when he woke the next morning he felt weird. he felt like he was losing control of his own body he couldn't move anything he could only see and hear everything going on around him. Suddenly his body was moving but he was not controlling it the Dark Spirit grabbed all his armor and his sword and all Will could do is wonder what this thing had in store for him. the Dark Spirit went to the Kings chambers and rose the sword and drove it right in to the kings head. Will was in shock he could do nothing to stop this, and he began to go to everyones bedroom in the castle and killed just about everyone. Will was helpless as the Spirit slayed all of Will's friends and family, Will was overwhelmed by greif. he tried with all his might to regain control of his body, but was useless.

A few of the servents in the castle had gotten away and ran into
town and spread the word that Will had gone crazy. He wasn't able to do anything but watch as this thing layed waste to his town, civilians dead and their children murdered and he was trapped in his own mind. Days had gone by and the thing has not stopped devistating his home town for anything. The screams of the people he killed still echo in whats left of his sanity. Will could not take it anymore something needed to happen to free him, Suddenly a portal seemed to appear out of nowhere and a strange man in tights stepped out, and he was wearing a strange eye piece on his eye. He yelled to Will "Ok you Dark Spirit this is where your terror ends. Will knew this has happend before... to him. He tried to yell as loud as he could hoping something gets through "Run Please! You don't know what your dealing with Please Run!", no luck not a single word got through his own mouth.

The spirit and the man had battled for a long time he seemed to have special powers of his own. He brought the spirit down with ease and was about to use some item to capture the spirt but he was too late the spirit escaped through the portal, but luckily Will was finally free he could control his body again. Will pleaded "Please dont kill me the spirit is gone!" The man said "Ya, I know I can see him with this reticle. Please stay safe I must stop this thing" He quickly ran through the portal after him, and in the rush dropped the reticle. Will still felt weird he could feel a part of the spirits powers still within him and he could control them. He knew there is someway he could stop this thing with its own powers he just had to learn how to use them. Will grabbed the reticle and swore to seek down and destroy that spirit for what it did to his home. Will went through the portal, but little did he know how much the spirit had possesed in the future....
